Pros:

I loved staying here it was 1 night but worth it I recommend the haunted tour too

Cons:

The restaurant the cup. I went there with a friend for breakfast my friend and I sat down trying to get some food one waiter came by and gave us some Waters and introduced themselves and handed us some knives and forks and stuff like normal. On my waitress came around she introduced herself and I started speaking and she immediately snapped around turned her back to me and addressed the other people beside us who weren't even asking for anything she ignored me the entirety of her standing there and then just walked away just to say my friend and I were very upset by this and just decided to go across the street instead to a local tea shop

ONE OF THE TOP THREE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!
Pros:

See "What I DIDN'T like below."

Cons:

It was one of the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE!! According to hotel management, Booking.com "neglected to warn me" that EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC WOULD BE BLARING JUST OUTSIDE THE WINDOW from 8 PM to 2 AM. This was SIX HOURS OF TORTURE!

Pros:

The meal we had at Cup Cafe was exceptional.

Cons:

We booked ahead and it wasn't until we arrived that we were told that it would be loud until at least 2AM and that each room had white noise machine and they offered us ear plugs. The "white noise machine" was, literally, an old radio - not white noise. Also, no TV in the room and the AC did not cool the room well at all. My husband didn't sleep at all and we left just after 6AM to go back home and try to rest. Will never stay again or recommend.

Pros:

The location was great. We did not see any of the shows, but we heard some of the music and liked the ambiance. This hotel would not be good for someone that did not like music or a funky sense of fun.

Cons:

The air conditioning could barely keep the room below 80. Granted, there was an extreme heat advisory, and it reached 110 F outside.

Pros:

Lots of great entertainment, friendly staff and great location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The bartenders make great cocktails. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Wish the shower water pressure was a little better. It's very retro, so there are no televisions in the room. Although it absolutely does not bother us, cause we sleep like babies no matter what, be aware that. The noise doesn't stop until the parties do around 2 a m.
Even with a closed window, you may as well be outside. We don't mind at all, but l'm sure some people would.
Oh, and there's no elevator access.

Enjoyable stay, highly recommended
Pros:

Went specifically because of it's historical relevance, not disappointed. Period correct rooms. We really enjoyed the Jazz Monoche music at the Century Room. Pa.rking was super easy close to the hotel and economical

Cons:

We could have stayed longer and continued the fun!

Pros:

Close to the concert venue we were going to. The room was comfortable. Breakfast at the Cup Cafe was exceptional.

Great old hotel located in the heart of downtown Tucson.
Pros:

We loved the old-world charm of the hotel. It was an older place but had plenty of charm and history. Staff was really helpful and accomodating.

Cons:

The bathroom got a little warm due to the old style and design of the room. You need to leave the bathroom door open for the A/C to help cool it down.
