Всичко беше прекрасно с изключение на персонала,имат нужда от обучение!
Cons:

Не ни хареса, това, че няма тераси и шума от съседната стая, който се чуваше сякаш е в нашата. Не е лошо да се обърне внимание на обслужващия персонал. При условие , че има поставена табелка на вратата” Моля не безпокойте” би следвало да не ни безпокоят, но уви. Камериерката чука в 9.00 ч и веднага си отключи и влезе, което е недопустимо.Рецепция, сервитьори…. Без коментар.

Pros:

Отель в отличном состоянии и находится в хорошем районе города Перник - через дорогу магазин Billa, рядом Kaufland, минут 25 до вокзала. В номере удобные кровати, чисто. Приятное обслуживание на регистрации. Хорошее место за свои деньги.

Pros:

Расположен в центре, чисто, уютно, приветливый персонал, все очень понравилось

Cons:

Я была с ребенком 7 лети нас поселили в номер, где окно свободно открывалось и из него был прямо выход на крышу, на которой не было никакого ограждения, мне кажется это абсолютно небезопасно, номер хороший, из него отличный вид, но не для людей с маленькими детьми, ребенок запросто может самостоятельно открыть окно и вылезти на крышу буквально за несколько секунд, если отвернуться, по-моему это можно было учесть, в отеле еще 9 этажей, с номерами без этой особенности
