I was dissatisfied with my recent stay. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room felt stuffy. Additionally, the view overlooked a dilapidated building inhabited by pigeons, which was quite unappealing. While one staff member at the reception was courteous, the overall demeanor of the staff was generally unpleasant.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, modern and well equipped rooms. Parking is a bit congested at times. We read other's negative comments about the restaurant staff, but our experience was great, we greeted the watresses as we entered and friendly service :) A far better option for overnight stop travelling through than the higher priced Sofia area.
