Charming accommodation
Pros:

Wonderful location overlooking the Adriatic in lovely Persast. Attractive decor- exactly as appears in the photographs. I stayed in a double room with sea view. Sufficient space, simply but thoughtfully appointed. Delicious breakfast included.

Vila Perast was the perfect venue for an unforgetable stay in Perast !

Beautiful location, excellent staff
Pros:

The location is beautiful and makes it very easy to explore Perast. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. We had a private ground-floor entrance, which was convenient.
The staff really made a positive difference to our stay. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They even suggested that we could dry our towels and swimsuits on the upstairs stair railing since there wasn’t space to do that in the room. The hotel driver was also very kind, professional, and pleasant.

Cons:

Although we had a private entrance, it opened directly onto a public walkway, so we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. Since the room had no other window, this meant there was no natural daylight inside.
The TV could probably use an upgrade, although this wasn’t important to us because we spent very little time in the room. There was also no practical place to dry towels or swimwear.
Breakfast was the weakest part of our stay. The selection was quite limited, and the buffet was refilled slowly, even with basic items like scrambled eggs. The restaurant staff seemed more focused on guests dining in the restaurant than on hotel guests having breakfast.
The tables were not always cleaned and reset properly before new guests were seated.
The mattress was quite firm, although we were already aware of this from previous reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise.
It would have also been helpful if the hotel had informed guests at check-in that the tap water was temporarily not safe to drink.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and the beautiful location, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve.

Usluga golf kolima je super.

Cons:

Bilo je dosta dugih dlaka na podu, kao i dosta suvih malih dlačicama brijanja na lavabou.

There are wonderful accommodations in the area for half the price. Definitely avoid this one!
Pros:

Pedestrian area in the centre. Separated from the water only by a walkway. Old palazzo, cheaply renovated.

Cons:

Tourist trap. The once magnificent old building was carelessly renovated with the cheapest materials to maximize profit. The exorbitant price is completely unreasonable for what is offered: tiny room lacking even basic amenities. Couldn’t unpack my suitcase during a stay of 4 days. No chair, no hangers, no cupboard, no desk. Minuscule bathroom and shower. Uncomfortable bed. Whole place including rooms reeking of rancid old fat and sausages. View onto a construction site. Rude, inattentive staff. Bland breakfast, carelessly served. No lounge area.
