Yatak hayatımda uyumaya çalıştığım en kötü yataktı her hareket ettiğimde yatağım tellerinden çıkan ses beni uyandırdı 30 sene önce öğrenci yurtlarında 25 sene önce askerde uyuduğum yataklardan bile daha kötüydü
10 numaralı odada kaldım oda küçük ve konforsuzdu ama yatak gerçekten inanılmaz kötüydü perastın merkezinde olmanız insanların tatilini mahvetmenize olanak sağlamamalı.
Kahvaltı otel misafirleri için evsizlere ücretsiz yemek sağlayan şartlara benziyor fakat restoran misafiri için çok şık ve leziz menüler sunuyor
Çalışanlar güvenilir ve dürüst insanlar fakat bu fiyatlara Avrupa’nın büyük şehirlerinde çok güzel otellerde normal yataklar da uyuyabilirsiniz

Perfect place in Perast!
Pros:

Amazing location, perfectly clean and with wonderful breakfast with lot of homemade specials!

What stood the most was helpfulness and kindness of the reception lady when we arrived. We got offered free upgrade and Andrijana helped us with transportation as the temperature was not for walking to the other side of the city :)

Really recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Perast even for a day!

If you are an early bird, do not miss to take a breakfast on their wonderful sea side terrace

Poor basic facilities and even poorer customer service
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

We had no hot water or bathroom light for 3 out of 4 days for our stay here. We spoke with reception regarding this on 4 separate occasions, however no member of staff was interested meaning I had to have freezing cold showers and use the bathroom in darkness at night time. Upon asking reception for assistance for the fourth time, a member of staff came to look at the issues, however all they said was that the hot water and bathroom light was broken (i obviously already knew this) they then proceeded to do nothing to fix these issues. On our final night we were given a lamp to place in the bathroom, however this subsequently then broke after 2 hours again leaving us with no light for the bathroom. When I asked to speak with the manager I was advised that this was not possible. The bathroom blind was also covered in mould and all draws within the room had not been cleaned as they had crumbs and dirt in them as well as a previous persons boarding pass.

Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel. Kudos to the man serving breakfast, always welcoming us with a smile. The option to have breakfast, lunch or diner at the water is very nice, bit windy.

Cons:

Reception service, night service. We had an incident in the hotel with people slamming doors and getting into a fight. When we addressed this to the hotel they couldn't be bothered. It was around midnight. Breakfast service is very minimal, and there's no good quality coffee. The walls are very thin and it's very noisy. The rooms seem outdated in comparison to what we've seen on Booking.com. Feels a bit old and outdated. The rest was fine.
