Good location and comfortable room.
Trying to get the key upon arrival and the fact that the someone had turned of the TV and I found if difficult to turn it back on.
Location and views were great. Loved the pool!
Communication during stay for parking, cleaning etc was a bit challenging.
The best thing about the room was the view over the harbour. The bed was comfortable. Tea making facilities only.
The room could have been a little cleaner - there was still a bit of rubbish beside the bed and the bathroom edges needed cleaning. A bedside lamp had blown and although towels were provided for the pool, we could never gain entry to use it.
Location was convenient to many parts of Darwin CBD. The owners were easy to get hold of and responded to messages quickly :)
The Balcony was fantastic. Really nice big apartment perfect for families
Very little. No saucepan was odd. But didn't affect us greatly. The conditioner in the bathroom didn't work. But again not a big deal.
Locality
Was advertised when I booked with 24 hour front desk, and as i was arriving in middle of night this was important, however a few days before arrival I got sent instructions on how to find my room key. Although this worked fine, I was a bit concerned as to what to do if there was an issue.

Overpriced, uncleanliness
We loved how spacious the room was. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to everything and the view was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Location in city centre meant an easy walk to shops, eateries and information centre. Room was spacious enough. Staff were responsive to a couple of initial queries.
It was a bit confusing entering through the hotel. Wifi would not connect with provided password, but staff quickly responded and resolved the issue.
