Pros:

Very beautiful hotel and spacious and comfortable room with great view.

Cons:

The Shower was type "spa" and was a bit uncomfortable to get in and out as it was a bit high. More simple.would.have been better.

The location is good, but the staff is disappointing. We were told over the phone that we could have a late check-out, but when we arrived, they said it wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast is very poor.

קודם כל היחס והשירות הנפלא של כל אנשי הצוות במלון, התייחסו אלינו בצורה יפה נעימה ומאירת פנים, השהות במלון היה מושלם
הבריכה היתה מושלמת, החדר היה מהמם ונקי עם נוף למול ההרים, כל המלון עצמו והשירות שלו היה מעולה!!!❤️

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נורא דלה, לא היה מבחר של אוכל בכלל ואפילו בקושי שאוכל מבושל, היה קשה מאוד לשבוע מארוחת הבוקר כי היא בקושי הכילה אוכל ומבחר וזה כן היה חלק מבאס מבחינת המלון, בסה"כ חוץ מזה הכל היה מעולה כולל מיקום ביחס למרכז העיר וכל שאר הדברים.
