Zonder ontbijt een super boeking
Pros:

Prima hotelkamer, heerlijk zwembad, prachtige locatie met uitzicht op de bergen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet erg hotelwaardig vond ik. Mijn eigen logees krijgen nog fijner ontbijt. Ook kregen we met 4 dagen, 3 nachten maar 1x schone handdoeken en pas nadat we het zelf gingen vragen.

Nice hotel for 1 night at Sofia ring road.
Pros:

A nice hotel if you want to sleep at the Sofia ring road, without need to enter the city.

Cons:

The breakfast was really disapointing.

Fab hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The hotel is out of the city centre in a quiet area. It’s a lovely place and the staff are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was continental style with lots of choice.

La peor pesadilla de mis reservas

No me gusto nada

Cons:

Llego a las 00h y me dice que no tiene habitaciones, después de meses de reserva , me devuelve el dinero y que me busque la vida a las 12 de la noche! Llame a Booking y me buscaron 4 opciones de inmediato, el señor dice que aviso a otro cliente que no viniera (pobre de ese otro cliente, les importa cero todo) después de toda la película eran ya la 1 de la madrugada, estaba cansada y queria dormir, subo a la habitación y sin hacer, peor enfado que encima me vacila, encima cama de muelle y sin hacer, cogí mis cosas y me largue , llegue a otro hotel a las 2 de la madrugada, al salir del otro hotel me doy cuenta que ponía arriba NIGHT CLUB (ahi pude entender todos los hombres que entraban y salían durante mi disputa) Encima esta alejado de la ciudad. Gracias al universo que me dio igual la hora para largarme de allí, pude alojarme en un limpio, decente y buen hotel, gracias BOOKING por tu rápida solución, nunca defraudan.
