Завтрак был плохой: маленький выбор и когда заканчивалось почти не пополнялся после трёх семейных завтраки ничего не оставалось

Cons:

There was mildew on the walls in several areas of the room, apparently caused by a constant leak in the shower. This made the room feel damp and poorly maintained.
Also, the restaurant was listed as being open until 24:00, but when I arrived at around 22:30, I was told that while the restaurant was technically open, the kitchen was already closed. A bit misleading, to say the least.

Verschrikkelijk nacht door feest onder onze kamer.

Cons:

Tot onze verbazing was er in het restaurant donder onze kamer een feest waar tot 3 uur ‘s nachts keiharde muziek en zang te horen was. Slapen was onmogelijk.
De volgende ochtend was de persoon bij de receptie nogal stoïcijns. Ontbijt viel erg tegen voor een viersterren hotel

Враження від житла гарні, сніданок псує післясмак від проживання. Його варто переглянути.

Загалом номер чистий, постіль чиста. Персонал привітний.

Camera mare, frumoasa, patul confortabil, baia curata, apa fierbinte. Vedere la piscina, frumoasa.

Cons:

Restaurant la subsol, cu mancare satisfacatoare. Micul dejun slab, cu produse ieftine; cand am ajuns la micul dejun, la ora 9, jumatate din farfurii erau goale, a trebuit sa anunt la receptie sa vina cineva...
In camera, pernele trebuie schimbate, nu sunt bune.
Per ansamblu, serviciile mi-au lasat o impresie nesatisfacatoare, ar putea fi imbunatatite.

Останавливаемся в нем уже второй раз . Отель супер находиться в тихом месте , с хорошим видом на горы.

Есть вопрос с предоставлением завтрака , он на мой взгляд в каком-то образе отсутствует почти , как вид завтрака . Перекус супер с кофе, но все-таки он не представлен как бы как завтрак

Запомнящ се престой с много положителни емоции.
Pros:

Хотелът е с чудесна локация, в подножието на Витоша с красив изглед от балкона към планината. Чист въздух, вкусна храна в ресторанта на хотела на много разумна цена! Отлична закуска и обслужване. При първа възможност пак ще го посетим.
