All, there is no words to explain how magic this place is. Room were clean, the stuff was cleaning the room twice a day, the food was delicious, all the stuff from the reception, at the restoran, and the cleaner was amazing, kind and friendly. Absolutelly 10 out of 10.
Maybe just to add some mediterian dish in the menu.

Location and the room size was great.
The service wasn’t that good, there is no alignment between the team my door was nocked 3 time in same hours for the room service. Also there is no first- aid in the room also the room wasn’t clean and there was an old fruits in the table and bugs. Also the restaurant food was very expensive compared to the quality.
Everything was good! We were so happy .
It was a very good experience.
We will come back.

Maravillosa experiencia en el desierto de alula, la atención de todo el personal, asegurándose de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Las actividades dentro del hotel, las comidas de primera calidad y los paisajes del lugar son de otro planeta.
The hotel location, facilities and staff are amazing.. they provide each tenant with electrical bike to match the clean nature.. special thanks to Rahaf from guest service who worked hard in planning our program.
