Excellent place to stay and immaculate.
Pros:

Very clean and well looked after by the staff.

Cons:

We were informed when checking in and paying for our stay that breakfast was included. So we had breakfast every morning. But when we were checking out the staff asked for payment for our breakfasts. I informed them that we were told that breakfast was included and the receptionist spoke to her manager and said that as a courtesy we would only be charged for one breakfast per day.

Pros:

Le personnel, la belle chambre, l'environnement, le parking, la piscine en fin de journée.

Cons:

Notre chambre était sombre en permanence, ce qui est un critère important pour nous. Un volet fixe a été ajouté entre la chambre et la terrasse, alors qu'il ne figure pas sur les photos du site web de l'hôtel et de Booking.
Une boite de mouchoirs en papier devrait compléter l'équipement de la salle de bains dans un hôtel de ce standing.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Ellure Luxury Suites. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Split.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
