A real delight
Pros:

Perfect location. Immaculate. Thiughtful restoration. Really beautiful bathroom. Loved the staff - super helpful.

Beautiful but not worth the pricetag
Pros:

Esthetically the hotel is absolutely wonderful, each detail is perfect. Great location. Nice staff.

Cons:

No parking spaces left, outlet in the room was ripped out of the wall (they apologized), overhead light in bathroom wasn't working, toilet was strangely extremely low. Noise from the street, bars and motorcycles. Overall the room was not practical.

Lovely property that is a fresh breath of air from the “spa” culture in Pärnu.
Pros:

Very nice design to the hotel with every space well thought out. We have stayed in the property many times and enjoy the rooms.

Cons:

Lack of parking and communication if there happens to be a problem after reception closes. There was a noise issue that was unable to be solved by the hotel due to unclear line of communication. When the issue was brought up the following morning, the response from the staff was very typical “old” Estonian service where the stance is that the customer is incompetent.
Due to summer, the wait staff in the restaurant was very friendly and ready to help, but grossly undertrained. This seemed to be the main theme in general in Pärnu, so not only this property.

Stylish, clean and comfortable on very good location
Pros:

Very good location, just in the heart of Pärnu. Stylish and fresh, clean. Reserve the parking slot in the hotel back yard, there is also paid parking area across the street (use app Snabb) otherwise parking is paid on town streets (exempt Sundays). You may also skip breakfast if you prefer cafe Pastoraal that belongs to the hotel with very good breakfast choice (peak season may take 15-20min waiting time).

Cons:

When there are big events in town, the street side can be a bit noisy.

Mõnusalt hubane, stiilne ning kõrgtasemeline peatuspaik
Pros:

Ülivõrdes kvaliteetne hotell! Puhas, mugav ja stiilne. Toredad töötajad ning mõnus vibe.

Cons:

Parkimine on veidi kallis ja tänaval läheduses võib olla tippajal keeruline leida kohta. Aga see väike mure, linn väike:-)

Grillijuhlat olivat hyvät.
Pros:

Huone oli tyyliltään kohtalainen

Cons:

Aamiainen ei kuulunut huonehintaan, oli ostettava alakerran kahviosta.
Autopaikka kallis!
Kylpyhuone remontoitu huonosti, suihkun ovi otti lattiaan kiinni, ei ollut bidé suihkua, vessanpönttö jäi vedon jälkeen vuotamaan. Lavuaarin hana jäi pari kertaa käteen.

Tyylikkäästi sisustettu, hyvä ilmastointi, erittäin hiljainen majoitus Pärnun ytimessä. Herkullinen aamiainen ja kahvilan tarjonta huikea.
