Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Pyszne sniadania. Miły i pomocny personel.

Nieadekwatny do charakteru wystrój, stan obiektu. Hotel jest świetnym, modernistycznym projektem świetnego architekta, jednak ten potencjał nie jest właściwie wykorzystany.

Jedynym plusem tego hotelu jest lokalizacja.

Cons:

W hotelu panował bardzo duży bałagan. W kilku miejscach z przeciekającego dachu woda kapała do środka, obsługa podstawiała miski. Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działała a podczas mojego pobytu temperatura przekraczała 30 stopni. Gdy finalnie udało się ją naprawić pracowała bardzo głośno. W pokojach nie ma żelazka a w moim nie działała suszarka. Ten obiekt nie zasługuje na 4*....

Dramat. Słaby hotell , słabe jedzenie.
Oczko wodne to zwieńczenie beznadziejnego obiektu. Nawet miejsce bufetu na śniadaniu na kretyńskim poziomie umieszczenia w rogu aby czasem ludzie się wyminąć nie mogli.
Cena jak za 5 gwiazdek.

Dieses 4-Sterne-Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Rezeption über die Flure bis hin zum Zimmer ist der Zustand absolut desolat: schmutzige Wände, durchgetretene Teppiche und durchwegs veraltetes Mobiliar. Die Toilettenräume erfordern einiges an Überwindung.

Die Zimmerreinigung ist Glückssache, die elektronischen Zimmerkarten unzuverlässig. Zudem stellt das hauseigene Restaurant bereits ab 20:30 Uhr den Service ein. Um 21.00Uhr schliesst es komplett – auch für Hotelgäste.

Fazit:
Selbst 2 Sterne sind hier noch sehr gut benotet.

Jeśli jeszcze zawitam do Płocka, to na pewno tutaj!
Pros:

Doskonała kuchnia. Restauracja hotelowo jakością dań wykracza znacząco powyżej poziomu, jakie można się spodziewać w hotelu. Gratulacje dla szefa i całego zespołu kuchni! Są dania bezglutenowe, a obsługa rozumie jak duże ma to znacznie (co też nie jest często spotykane).
Bardzo miła i przyjazna obsługa w recepcji, pozdrowienia dla p. Kasi :)
Lokalizacja hotelu - najlepsza w Płocku!

Względnie mały parking. Na szczęście miejsc nie brakowało, ale w szczycie sezonu to może być punkt problemogenny. Zjazd na drugą, dolną część parkingu może niewprawnych kierowców nieco stresować. Wartoby też pomyśleć o siatkach na owady w oknach. W gorącą noc aż się chce otworzyć okno zamiast włączać klimatyzację....

Cudowna lokalizacja, wspaniały widok na Wisłę. Profesjonalny, przyjazny i przemiły personel. Bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Cons:

Trzeba pokonać kilka schodków aby dojść do windy. Osoby z dużymi walizkami lub mające problemy z poruszaniem muszą to brać pod uwagę.

Przemiły pobyt, super lokalizacja i znakomite śniadanie.

Super lokalizacja, WYBITNE śniadania (przewyższyło najlepsze hotele 4-5 gwiazdkowe na świecie), przesympatyczna obsługa, która była załatwić wszystko w mgnieniu oka. Fantastyczny hotel z pięknym widokiem na Wisłę . Ze Skarpy jest piękny zachód słońca.
