Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miłe panie na recepcji. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji.

Cons:

Szkoda że strefa relaksu jest nieczynna pamiętam z wcześniejszych pobytów świetne jacuzzi i niewielki basen. Była to jedna z przyczyn rezerwacji pobytu w hotelu po latach. W internecie wciąż istnieją informacje że jacuzzi jest dostępne.

Bardzo ładne położenie hotelu na skarpie wiślanej , widok na rzekę i Wzgórze Tumskie, brakuje tylko informacji o historii obiektu i o tym kto byl autorem projektu a jest to sławny architekt . Bardzo dobre śniadania . Płock bardzo ładny tylko nie rozreklamowany a warto pryjechać i zwiedzić

Dobry, cena wysoka do jakości, 4* bym nie dała choć śniadanie rekompensuje niedogodności.

Dobra lokalizacja, pokoje czyste przestronne, pyszne urozmaicone śniadanie.

Cons:

Obsługa w restauracji nie za miła, mało pomocna i otwarta. Ale było to zależne od zmiany aczkolwiek mało zorientowani. Skończyła się kawa w ekspresu inpowiwdziano że już nie będzie co było nie prawda bo uzupełniono ziarna także wyglądało jakby personel był przypadkowy lub po prostu niechętny do pomocy. W pokoju całą noc cyklicznie coś piszczało być może to jakiś kabel na zewnątrz czy coś innego ale cykliczne ciągle piszczeni stukanie. Niewygodne wysokie nierówne poduszki.

Dogodna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko amfiteatru, w którym odbywają się wydarzenia kulturalne. W pokoju i łazience było posprzątane, śniadanie smaczne, podstawowe produkty. Stan obiektu i stosunek ceny do jakości oceniam negatywnie. Przy obecnym standardzie hotel wymaga modernizacji, aby rzeczywiście odpowiadać kategorii 4-gwiazdkowej.
