Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение. Отличный вид из окна. Дружелюбный персонал на ресепшене. Чистые большие номера.

Cons:

Завтрак с минимальным выбором, в последний день пришёл в 9.30 и еды почти не было, сотрудник ресторана с не довольным лицом вынес ледяной омлет(хоть бы разогрел в микроволновке), который пришлось выкинуть. Запеканка и чак чак пропахли колбасой и другими продуктами хранящимися в холодильнике и есть их было не возможно. По еде 2.

The location is perfect, the room size, the friendly staff, the skybar terrace,

Cons:

The Toilet glass , it is beautiful if you are alone, but if you are with someone else it is a nightmare, i dont mind one glass window with a curtain, but why having a bathroom glass door ?1st of all you cannot cover the door fully with the curtain(only top half), 2nd: its magnetic lock makes loud sound when you close it, 3rd: the glass door doesnt provide good acoustic, you can hear everything in the toilet if you are in the room. this is not romantic..please replace the glass door with normal wooden doors with a proper lock..

Nice hotel except for the lack of AC in the room.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant and bar were convenient and had good food. Good location.

Cons:

The AC barely worked. The two tiny vents over the door to the hallway did not bring cool air into the bedroom. Even with the thermostat set at 16 degrees i was so hot at night I had to sleep naked on the bed. The ceiling was leaking outside my door in the hallway and the paint was falling off the ceiling in chunks.

В целом это гостиница максимум на 3 звезды. Не знаю как она попала в 4. В первые сутки искали альтернативу для переезда,
Cons:

1. Стеклянный сан узел - это не проблема, если из номера не видно и не слышно того, кто внутри. В данном случае у нас было 2 номера и в одном даже шторки не было. То есть кто-то сидит на унитазе почти в круговой обзор. Дверь в су не герметична. Вытяжка плохая.

2. Ковролин очень грязный. Вижу что об этом писали в других отзывах и администраторы обещали решить вопрос, но воз и ныне там. А раз ковровое покрытие таком состоянии, то можно следить вывод, что и менее видимые загрязнения убирают так же плохо.

3. Кондиционер слабый. Очень долго охлаждает комнату.

4. Двойная кровать - это 2 одинарных соединенных наматрасником.

5. Ужасный вход. Отель расположен на 5 верхних этажах то ли жилого, то ли офисного здания. Маленькие грязные лифты. Ожидание этого лифта так же не самое быстрое. Нет приятного лобби.

6. Завтрак скудный. Вроде всё есть, но ассортимент очень ограничен. Каждый день блины: то творог, то яблоко, то курица внутри. Никаких сырников, круассанов или прочей альтернативы. Всё выглядит супер бюджетно.

Pros:

Size of the room and magnificent view

Cons:

AC is not working properly in none of the rooms and the room get too hot during noon time starting from 8-9 am. The AC is working but not properly cooling the rooms.
