I like everything.

Cons:

My child was not allowed to swim after 7. We were coming from Cork. We were visiting friends in the day, and we had times only after we were getting to the hotel, usually after 7. He was under my supervision all the time.

Disappointed as we usually enjoy staying here
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, we were offered a discount voucher for breakfast and a blonde woman who worked at reception was very kind and tried to help us resolve issues.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't very clean, the toilet leaked, the bath had a drainage issue which was supposedly fixed but still didn't drain when showering later that day & in the morning, the AC didn't work and the room was stifling, but we managed to get a fan from reception which helped a little, the TV was broken and only had a few channels available, after it was looked at and the aerial wire changed, it still didn't work & showed a green pixelated screen. Our key cards stopped working after 1 night, even though we were staying for 2 nights.

Pros:

The fact that mycdon and I were on motorcycles they allowed us to bring them inside via the service entrance and into the conference room. Im bowled over by suck service.
