Great relaxing getaway
Pros:

Pool was amazing, food in restaurant was some of the nicest i’ve had! Would recommend the chicken burger.

Cons:

Not many parking spots but good the hotel takes ur reg.

On check in and throughout our short stay any interaction with staff was polite and professional.The changing rooms and pool are immaculate. We ate both nights in McGettigan's and again staff were fantastic. Over all very relaxed and welcoming establishment. 

Cons:

On booking I requested a room with a double and a single and received confirmation that this was agreed with, however, on check-in our room had three single beds. The phone did say reception was 24/7, however, consistently throughout Thursday evening from about 10pm to 12am I did attempt contacting them to request a cab for Friday morning but none of my calls where answered. The water pressure was an issue with both the shower and tap loosing pressure after a few seconds and the shower was not connected to the wall correctly. Room service came to our room whilst we were out on Friday, they made the beds and put in toilet paper but they didn't actually service the room. They left everything that required cleaning up, only that the beds were made we would not even have realised housekeeping had been in which was odd for a 4 star rating. The children's menu at McGettigan's is very fast food based, I did ask about half portions from the adults menu but was advised that this wasn't an option, if we were staying longer we would have begun to eat elsewhere just to have something other than pizza, chicken gougons and burgers.

A perfect overnight stay with friendly staff, great facilities, and excellent value,we’ll definitely be back!
Pros:

This was our third time staying here, and we always have a great experience. It’s the perfect overnight stay before flying from Dublin Airport. The hotel is cozy, clean, and great value for money. The staff are always friendly, the kids love the pool, we enjoy the jacuzzi, and the food is delicious. We’ll definitely be back again!

●Frigorifico no quarto tinha pedido a duas semanas, quando chegei ao quarto nao tinha e tive que voltar a repetir
●Quarto cheirava mal tivemos que deitar perfume,ouvisse tudo e nao tinha ar condicionado
●Gerentes e alguns funcionários alguns bastante antipaticos e arrugantes
●Comida para um hotel de 4 estrelas que so tinha hambúrgueres, chiquen wins e 2 pratos de salada
●Comi umas chiquen wins e um salmao que me fizeram bastante mal
●receção com migalhas na entrada
●no jantar pedi a entrada primeiro do que o prato principal e trouxeram tudo ao mesmo tempo para a mesa
●Demasiado tempo de espera para ser atendido no bar e no jantar inclusive tive que ir pedir ao balcão

The staff were absolutely outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the food was good.

Cons:

Our room smelt like Cigarette smoke, think maybe the room above was blowing smoke into a vent as the bathroom was where the smell was coming from.
