Different and very local orientated working community
Pros:

Once we had checked in and found our feet all went well and had a good day out visiting the local attractions including the local cathedral on top of the hill looking over the city.

Cons:

Very hard at first to locate the hotel as it was in a very unusual location down a side street. Not a very safe place to be late at night.

Pleasant, clean hotel at good price
Pros:

Very close to station either on foot or by bus. Staff helpful, friendly and accommodating. Lovely breakfast in a pleasant room. Good restaurant close by. The hotel is pleasant, clean and comfortable. Also good value. Excellent for 1 night stay.

Cons:

Quite far from the prettier old town, cathedral, theatre and beaches if you don't have much time.

Buona sosta
Pros:

L’albergo è un buon punto di sosta.
È piccolo ma curato e pulito.
Colazione giusta e tanta gentilezza dello staff.
Si trova anche abbastanza vicino al centro per poter fare una passeggiata (ovviamente si deve andare in auto)
Usato come appoggio per una notte è andato tutto bene.
