Not bad not great. Decent if on a budget.
Pros:

Good enough, didn’t mind it. Extended my stay by one night so that says a lot I guess.

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και ελλιπείς παροχές – Μακριά!
«Εάν εξαιρέσουμε την καλή τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, κατά τα άλλα η διαμονή μας ήταν απαράδεκτη. Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ και δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ζεστό νερό. Όταν επικοινωνήσαμε τηλεφωνικά με τον ιδιοκτήτη για να επιληφθεί του θέματος, μας είπε στις 22:30 το βράδυ ότι θα έχει ζεστό νερό σε 45 λεπτά γιατί "τώρα θα το ανάψει". Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να μην έχουμε νερό ούτε το βράδυ, αλλά ούτε και το επόμενο πρωί πριν αναχωρήσουμε.
Όταν ζητήσαμε εξηγήσεις, ο ιδιοκτήτης αντέδρασε άσχημα, αρνήθηκε να δεχτεί την πραγματικότητα και απαίτησε όλο το ποσό της διαμονής, παρόλο που οι υπηρεσίες του ήταν άκρως ελλιπείς. Μάλιστα, με τη συμπεριφορά του, ούτε λίγο ούτε πολύ, έδειχνε σαν να θέλει να μας διώξει.
Η συμπεριφορά του ήταν πλήρως αντιεπαγγελματική. Όποιος σκοπεύει να επισκεφθεί την Έδεσσα, καλό θα ήταν να προτιμήσει οποιοδήποτε άλλο κατάλυμα.»

Pros:

Neprofesionalno, drsko, bezobrazno ponašanje osoblja, odnosno jednog neispavanog, neurednog i neljubaznog recepcionera.
Sobe hladne, topla voda je stigla tek nakon tri-četiri sata.
Restoran nije radio.
Jedinstvenu ocenu daje osmori nezadovoljnih gostiju. Ne preporučujemo

Notre séjour a été extrêmement décevant.
Pros:

L’emplacement dans la ville.
Le patron nous a fait choisir entre deux chambres.

Cons:

L’accueil du patron qui n’a pas desserré les dents ( il n’a même pas dit bonjour)
Les lits n’étaient même pas faits. C’est nous qui avons dû les faire.
Pas d’eau chaude, ni le soir en arrivant, ni le matin suivant.
Pas de wifi dans les chambres.
Chambres petites et vraiment sans charme, lits jumeaux pas très confortables.
