Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was very good.

What we appreciated most was the individual approach to our situation and the attention to detail. It made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Super Lage, freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Inhaber war wegen Doppelbelegung unseres Zimmers etwas überfordert. Lösung des Problems war für uns okay und Inhaber war sehr kulant. Ich denke, es war Win-Win.

Trotz vorangekündigter Ankunft um 17 Uhr war niemand anwesend.
Erst nach Rückfrage bei mehreren Nachbarn konnte telf. jemand erreicht werden.
Wir bitten um eine Teilrückerstattung.

Wir werden den Aufenthalt in guter Erinnerung behalten
Pros:

Sehr gute Aussicht, gutes Essen, habe es geschätzt, dass ich auf eine kleine Portion aufmerksam gemacht wurde, da die Portionen gross sind.

Cons:

Unterstand für die Fahrräder, musste schauen, wo noch etwas Platz war. Aber Hauptsache, dass sie geschützt waren.

Es war niemand vor Ort bei Anreise, da das Restaurant Ruhetag hatte. Der Gärtner hat dann den Besitzer angerufen, der uns dann in unser Zimmer brachte. Das Zimmer war sehr primitiv eingerichtet und man konnte nicht heizen, obwohl es kalt war.
In den anderen Zimmern waren scheinbar Monteure untergebracht, die ein Gemeinschaftsbad hatten, dadurch war es sehr unruhig im Haus. Das Frühstück ließ auch zu wünschen übrig, Preis/Leistung standen in keinem Verhältnis

Petit hôtel très agréable, dans un beau paysage. C'est propre et la personne qui sert le petit déjeuner est très sympathique et serviable. Il y deux types de chambres: avec salle de bain (très grande) ou avec douche commune (plus petite). Nous avions une de chaque, et les deux sont agréables. - La cuisine est excellente.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés un jour de repos, et il fallait se prendre d'avance pour être sûr de rencontrer quelqu'un. Sinon on se trouve devant une porte fermée. Bien que nous ayons pris rendez-vous, il fallait re-appeler le propriétaire pour qu'il vienne. Heureusement, il habite tout près.
