La colazione era buonissima

Cons:

Non ho gradito molto avere la doccia senza box, ovvero lavarmi tra il wc e il lavandino bagnando tutto per terra e facendo attenzione a non scivolare.

Cons:

tutto, camere piccolissime , non conformi. Le camere erano situate nel sottotetto. Sul sito era previsto un idro non funzionante ed in ogni caso dovevamo pagare per un altro idro accessibile. Posizione pessima.

Cons:

le 4 stelle sono piovute dal cielo, camera 302 piccola letto co n spigoli vivi, bagno indecente 2 metri x 1 metro con scalino pericolosissimo bidet posizionato attaccato al mobile del lavandino water con cassetta a zaino, indecente per un 4 stelle, "da pensione".

Pulizia, cortesia, competenza e buona cucina, i punti di forza del Vienna Ostenda.
Pros:

Soggiornato in pensione completa, tutti i pasti abbondanti e di ottima qualità.
Pulizia di tutti gli ambienti impeccabile.
La posizione sul corso principale è senza dubbio centrale, ottima per spostarsi comodamente a piedi e per raggiungere la spiaggia, ma in contesto molto caotico.
L'hotel è convenzionato con il bagno 43. Spiaggia ben attrezzata e pulita. Prezzi del servizio spiaggia nella media.
In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Particolare nota di merito per il personale dell'hotel e del ristorante. Tutto lo staff è molto competente, cordiale, accogliente e disponibile. Grazie a loro, il soggiorno è stato confortevole e rilassante.

Cons:

Camera doppia standard un po' piccola, materasso non comodissimo. Impianto di climatizzazione della camera funzionante, ma da ammodernare (non presente la funzione di deumidificazione).

Pros:

Hotel vicinissimo ai bagni di rimini, lo staff super cordiale e disponibile in tutto. Ottima la colazione, scelta varia tra il dolce e il salato. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Cons:

Unica cosa il phon al muro troppo lento per chi come me ha i capelli lunghi, meglio portarsi un phone da casa.
