Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Kaffe im Zimmerpreis nicht enthalten.
Parkmöglichkeiten müsste besser organisiert/durch das Hotel vergünstigt werden.
Self Check In hat gut geklappt,müsste vor Ort besser beschrieben sein.

Ganz in allem alles gut
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr optional. Sehr zentral und gut orientierbar.
Frühstück war klein aber fein sehr gelungen :)

Cons:

Air Conditioner hatte nicht so ganz funktioniert wie erhofft.
Für die Preise wäre ein Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk sehr nett gewesen statt 4.- zu zahlen.
Nur Twint galt dabei als Zahlungsmittel leider.

Ansonsten war es schön, hatte Klimaanlage, was im Moment gut war.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Es war im Hotel nebenan, da es ja kein eigenen Frühstücksraum hat.

Cons:

Wir mussten etwas suchen, da der Eingang nicht mit Osteria Ascona angeschrieben war.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ascona. Vielen Dank.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super! Alles sehr sauber/gepflegt. Top Lage. Wir waren bei über 30 Grad da und waren über die Klimaanlage sehr glücklich. Frühstück gleich im Nebengebäude, klein aber fein, reicht völlig aus. Mein Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hat sich innert kurzer Zeit immer auf meine Fragen gemeldet. Es hat alles bestens geklappt mit dem einchecken (Schlüsselsafe).

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war fast ein bisschen zu kalt eingestellt. Wir versuchten sie abzustellen aber trotz dessen lief sie weiter, also haben wir die Temperatur erhöht. (Soll nicht als Reklamation gelten... nur zur Info)
