Die Lage ist super und sehr zentral. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut! Die Zimmer sind klein, sauber und sehr gemütlich ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir haben aktuell nichts zu bemängeln.

Location was perfect.
Housekeeping was accommodating and thorough. Lovely lady looking after our room.
Breakfast was a beautiful way to start our day. The staff were welcoming and breakfast was yummy.

Cons:

Tea option and kettle would gave been nice addition. The coffee maker and coffee were fantastic

Pleasant stay overall, positives overpoered negatives at the end :)
Pros:

Location was great, right on the lake promenade with good complimentary breakfast. The place is newly renovated but a bit tight. Nearest public beach was about 10 min walking distance. Decent restaurants around. Good connection to Locarno by public transport and boats.

Cons:

Communication with aparthotel staff was abysmal. Do not expect to get quick answers to your questions; best way to communicate was via WhatsApp. We were told the public parking can be used at discounted rate of CHF 10.00/day. Upon arrival, the daily price magically rose to CHF 20/day AND we're told the lot was full anyway.

Would have expected better service for the premium price
Pros:

Close to water but not beach. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Cons:

Doors were broken in shower. Did not realize this was not a hotel and you could not talk to a person face to face. Very difficult to communicate and even find the place, the next door restaurant did help us. For almost $600 per night would have expected better service. Little things like storing luggage became a major hassle.

Tolles Zimmer - mit einem grossen Nachteil
Pros:

Gute Lage. Schönes Zimmer. Genügend Stauraum. Klimaanlage. Frühstück klein aber fein.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer im obersten Stock: ständiges lautes Knarren des Holzdaches. Sehr unangenehm für Leute mit einem leichten Schlaf.
