We stay here for four nights, and the breakfast varies each day to keep things interesting, not to mention the great location.
There is nothing to dislike.
Good location
Only 1 lift working and need to wait for 10 minutes to use it due to crowd during Eid holdidays.Key card always getting blocked and need to visit reception for re accessing. Fridge inside room not working even after complaining no one came to check the issue. Poor management.

Internet's fast
Tables, side tables, and even the room counter table were dusty when I walked in. The bathroom is a bit smelly too. On the third day, the cleaning guy was also trying to open the door even if it's obviously locked.

الغرف نظيفة ماشالله تبارك الله والخدمة ممتازة وسريعه وكل التجهيزات اللي تحتاجها موجودة
طلعت اجازة عيد الاضحى وكان عندهم عرض من تطبيق بوكينج و بدل يومين بعد شفت الغرفة مددت 4 ايام لان صراحة القيمة مقابل المال تفوووووووز يستاهل كل ريال يندفع الله يبارك لهم
المطعم كنت عندهم من قبل برمضان وكذا مره جيتهم انا وضيوف معاي.. واليوم كمان افطار عرفه كان ممتاز والصحون على طول تتعبى .. وطاقم الخدمة متواجدين على طول وتنظيف وشيل صحون .. اشكر اللي قائمين على المطعم خاصه مدير المطعم رانا والموظف اسد والشيف رمضان الله يبارك لهم كلهم متميزين الله يبارك لهم
اكيد زيارة تتكرر
-The location although there was no parking available for customers
-The room was spacious
-No room service available, I called room service or reception many times until they answered
-I reserved three rooms for three nights with breakfast but we weren’t able to take our breakfast all the days because of the crowds,the number of customers more than the capacity of the hotel ,the number of waiters serving were two , you have to shoutout to get help
-the worst was during check in, we arrived at 4 pm , the reception desk told us the room will be ready after two hours 👎🏼 I insisted to get the room or give my money back. They told me if you want your money , you can leave and will transfer after we receive from booking (maybe couple of days) ,I called the manager and after long discussion he promised the room will be ready at 5 pm
There were a long queue of customers waiting for their rooms
-shortage of staff :the number of staff serving in the reception desk ,house keeping,restaurants and room service very few
-No isolation in the rooms, very noisy from the highway and corridors

Although we just got a bit confused because there are two Holiday Inn Hotel buildings on this side of Olaya. .
View from the room - 11!
We wanted a cityview only, but it wasn't available, the room we got had a pool and cityview which was okay for us.
Amenities - 8
We didn't swim on the pool but would love to on our next visit.
Staff - 9
Very accommodating especially Ms. Nawal (and the male reception staff alongside him) at the Reception Area. And the one in charge on the restaurant that dinner time on May 26, 2026 and breakfast (May 27) Very accommodating!
Breakfast - 11!
We love the fresh fruits! You can ask the chefs to cook your eggs to sunny side up. Great and varied choices of bread, cereals, juices, nuts, spreads, fruits, etc. The coffeemaker is a big plus. I love everything.
Parking at the basement. A little narrow for big cars.
