Very Disappointing Experience – Not as Booked and Overcharged

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

We had booked a specific room arrangement for our family, but upon arrival, we were given different rooms than what we had booked. As a result, our family had to stay in separate rooms, which was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. The worst part was that we only found out about this when we arrived, leaving us with no time or practical option to cancel and find another hotel. Had we known in advance, we would definitely have booked somewhere else.

We were also charged a higher price through Booking.com than the price displayed on the hotel’s price list at the front desk. This was very disappointing and should be clearly explained to guests.

The room air conditioning was also very noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and selection were very poor and, in my opinion, not worth the additional cost. I strongly recommend not including breakfast when booking this hotel, as it was extremely disappointing.

Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm the room type, price, and breakfast arrangements before booking. Based on my experience, I would personally choose another hotel next time.
