I feel the hotel has had better times.
Pros:

The people at the hotel have been very helpful by telling me in advance that the hotel was not, like Google maps stated, 5 minutes from the hotel. They offered a free pick up on the arrival.
5 Euro for the departure which I find very honest.

Cons:

My overall feeling , during the two nights stay, was the pictures on the web side were misleading.

On the balconies dead plants, (I do understand shortage of water, but then better no plants at all) dirty ashtrays, metal chairs with rust where it is impossible to sit comfortably.

Breakfast ok, but the hard boiled eggs had, both days, the black ring around the yolk......sign of too long cooked!
Cakes not cover with a net, the bread left outside, though fresh after a couple of hours gets hard around the edges.

The room ok, but man can hear everyone else going to the toilet, taking a shower aso. It's an old building and I am sure it was not invested in insulation.

I personally feel that the 8.4 is overrated.

La pulizia della stanza, il cambio asciugamani quando richiesto, il materasso comodo e le due bottigliette d'acqua nel mini frigo fornite quotidianamente.

Cons:

Le informazioni relative al parcheggio e alla distanza dalla spiaggia non sono del tutto corrette e potrebbero risultare fuorvianti.
Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, in strada è effettivamente possibile trovare posti gratuiti, ma sono riservati esclusivamente ai residenti. Inoltre, i posti disponibili sono molto difficili da occupare e la segnaletica non è chiara.
Anche la distanza dalla spiaggia, indicata in circa 10 minuti a piedi, meriterebbe qualche precisazione. Il tempo di percorrenza può essere effettivamente quello, ma il percorso presenta un dislivello notevole e richiede di affrontare centinaia di scalini. Questo aspetto non è indicato nella descrizione e può essere particolarmente rilevante per chi ha difficoltà motorie o semplicemente non è preparato a un percorso così impegnativo. L'unica alternativa è utilizzare un ascensore a pagamento, al costo di 2 € a persona per ogni utilizzo.
Infine, anche la dicitura “Suite Superior con vista mare” può creare aspettative diverse dalla realtà. La vista è infatti in gran parte ostacolata dalla presenza di palazzi e alberi e il mare si riesce a intravedere appena, sullo sfondo.
La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata (soprattutto la parte salata) considerando il prezzo complessivo del soggiorno. In generale, riteniamo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia da rivedere: alcuni aspetti dell'esperienza, pur non essendo necessariamente negativi in assoluto, risultano poco proporzionati al costo e alle aspettative create dalla descrizione.

Lovely clean and tidy family run hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean, tidy, spacious and breakfast was lovely in the terrace. The host picked us up from the train station to take us up to the hotel. Luckily there a lift on the way from the beach!

Cons:

la colazione non nella qualità ma nella organizzazione: tre persone non identificabili come addetti al servizio assolutamente non professionali. consiglierei ai titolari di lavorare su questo aspetto.

Mi a placut mult acest hotel,proprietara este o doamna foarte amabila,ne a ajutat fin proprie initiativa cu transferul de la gara la hotel.
Hotelul este decorat cu mult gust si personalul foarte amabil.
