Un posto incantevole che abbraccia mare, cultura e ottimo cibo locale .

La signora è stata gentilissima nel venirci incontro dato che siamo arrivati in struttura in tarda mattinata e ci ha concesso di appoggiare le valigie in camera prima del check in.. ottima anche la colazione in terrazza.. super consigliato

Cons:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con aspettative decisamente più alte, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato per una notte. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente sotto diversi aspetti.

La nota peggiore riguarda la colazione. Oltre a essere davvero povera e poco assortita, la signora addetta al servizio si è dimostrata scortese e poco accogliente. In una struttura ricettiva la cortesia dovrebbe essere alla base dell’ospitalità, invece ci siamo sentiti quasi di troppo. Per non parlare che non abbiamo trovato neanche i prodotti monouso per poterci lavare come troviamo in tutti gli hotel.
Anche la stanza non era all’altezza del costo richiesto: arredamento anonimo, ambiente poco curato e, nel complesso, ben lontano dagli standard che ci si aspetta da una camera pagata così tanto.
Per il prezzo richiesto mi aspettavo una qualità decisamente superiore, sia nei servizi sia nell’accoglienza. Purtroppo il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato estremamente deludente e non ritengo che questa struttura meriti la cifra che chiede ai propri ospiti. Personalmente non ci tornerei e non la consiglierei a chi cerca un soggiorno all’altezza di quanto spende.

Personale addetto alla colazione veramente poco educata. Per ben 2 volte mi è stato riferito di alzarmi per liberare il tavolo, si lamentavano di come tagliavano le torte ed infine pensavano che avessimo rubato oltre telecomando della TV NIKKEI 14 pollici, per intenderci di cosa parliamo.

Tra Scilla e Cariddi
Pros:

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Siamo arrivati a Scilla in treno e ci hanno offerto gratuitamente il servizio navetta dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel. Dopo il checkout, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in albergo, e trascorsa la mattinata a mare, si sono offerti di portarci i bagagli direttamente in stazione.
Ottima la colazione servita in terrazza con vista mare.
Le stanze sono pulite e moderne.
Buona anche la posizione: l'hotel si trova nella parte alta del paese, in una zona abbastanza ventilata. Per raggiungere la spiaggia di Marina Grande si va a piedi fino a Piazza San Rocco, da cui si può godere una bellissima vista sulle isole Eolie (si vede bene Stromboli), da lì si può proseguire o con l'ascensore (€ 2,00 a persona) o con le scale. Noi abbiamo utilizzato l'ascensore solo per risalire.
