Basic room, cheaper rate - free spider
Pros:

Basic room which was what i expected. Woke up in early morning with a White Tip spider above my head on the wall. I had to leave early before staff started work so reached out via email 2-3 times to discuss and never received a reply. I had footage of the spider which crawled down under the bed. If I hadn't woken up early it would have crawled on my head.

One window had window open and fly wire missing when I arrived. - I guess that was the entry point for the spider. Room not maintained very well.

Cons:

The fact that nobody bothered to return my email. Shows how much they really care about hotel patrons. Rooms are old and basic, however maintaining fly wire screens should be a minimum standard,

Pros:

big parking, the room has an independant entrance and it's behind the actual hotel. the room is big and the shower is confortable, hot and with a good pressure.

the room is quite cold during the night

Amazing.

Cheap but honest motel room
Pros:

Room was relatively quiet, - until mowing commenced outside at 7.30am.
Staff were friendly and co-operative
Price was fair for what I got

Cons:

The shower would not stop dripping and it could not be adjusted without it falling down. Fridge really stank (and continued to stink) when I opened the door, made me reluctant to use the long-life milk inside

Very convenient and comfortable and great to be able to eat at hotel.
Pros:

We had our own breakfast.THE BED WAS EXCELLENT.Very convenient location.A SPONGE OR CLOTH TO WIPE BENCH WOULD BE GOOD. FRIDGE WAS GREAT AND KEPT ICE CREAMS COLD.TV worked well.Staff were friendly.

Cons:

There were cobwebs in all corners of the room so we grabbed a mop from back of hotel and removed them for next people.The door stuck and needed attention. We were very happy especially for the price.
