I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying at this hotel think twice, particularly if you are traveling with cash or valuables.

During our stay, a significant amount of money was stolen from our belongings despite everything being securely locked away. We took reasonable precautions to protect our belongings, yet someone was still able to access them and take our money. This is an extremely serious security concern and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

What has been even more frustrating is the hotel’s response, or complete lack thereof. We have called, sent WhatsApp messages to a number the hotel gave us and emailed multiple times to report what happened. Each time, staff told us that they would speak with a manager and that someone would contact us within the hour. No one ever followed up. We have repeatedly been told we would receive a call, only to hear absolutely nothing.

The theft itself was disturbing enough, but the hotel's handling of the situation has been just as disappointing. When a guest reports that their belongings have been stolen from a supposedly secure area, the appropriate response should be immediate investigation, communication, and accountability. Instead, we have had to repeatedly chase the hotel for any response whatsoever.

For a hotel that presents itself as a reputable, high-quality property, this experience has been completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to feel that their belongings are safe when they are locked up and secured inside the hotel.

We are sharing this review because we would have wanted to know about this type of experience before booking. The lack of accountability and communication from management has been incredibly frustrating, and we would not stay here again. Beware if you are considering staying here.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber leider wenig für Veganer.

Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer runter auf Baños war atemberaubend. Auch die Pools und die gesamt Außenanlage waren wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Anbau des eigenen Gemüses war großartig.

Cons:

Das Personal sprach nur sehr wenig englisch und für Veganer waren die Optionen sehr limitiert. Alternativen gab es nicht. Da wurde in kleineren Unterkünften mehr drauf eingegangen als in diesem 5 Sterne Hotel.

Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient qualitatifs et délicieux. Le personnel était adorable.

Cons:

La douche est sans pression. Impossible de prendre une douche.
Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Nous avons eu les discussions des voisins toute la nuit dans notre chambre. Insupportable.
La literie et le matelas ne sont pas top. Nous avons mieux dans les autres hôtels équatoriens à des prix moindre.

Pros:

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Me pareció un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo y con una vista espectacular. La comida fue deliciosa, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, con muchísima variedad. Definitivamente vale la pena optar por el plan con desayuno y cena incluidos.
Las piscinas son increíbles y la vista desde diferentes áreas del hotel es realmente hermosa. El servicio fue excelente en todo momento; el personal siempre fue amable y atento. También me gustaron mucho las tiendas de regalos, ya que tienen una gran variedad de productos y precios muy razonables.
Mención especial para la cafetería Café del Cielo, que cuenta con una vista preciosa y una carta muy variada. La atención en recepción también fue excelente desde la llegada hasta la salida. Además, es un detalle muy valioso que haya sombrillas disponibles en distintos puntos del hotel para comodidad de los huéspedes.
En general, fue una experiencia maravillosa. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría a quienes buscan descanso, buena gastronomía, excelentes instalaciones y un servicio de primera.

Hola escogí una habitación con sofá cama por los niños luego me cobraron extra cuando en la página decía el precio de una cama más un sofá cama
Nunca me cobran menores de 12 años
