Sencillamente espectacular.
Pros:

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Me pareció un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo y con una vista espectacular. La comida fue deliciosa, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, con muchísima variedad. Definitivamente vale la pena optar por el plan con desayuno y cena incluidos.
Las piscinas son increíbles y la vista desde diferentes áreas del hotel es realmente hermosa. El servicio fue excelente en todo momento; el personal siempre fue amable y atento. También me gustaron mucho las tiendas de regalos, ya que tienen una gran variedad de productos y precios muy razonables.
Mención especial para la cafetería Café del Cielo, que cuenta con una vista preciosa y una carta muy variada. La atención en recepción también fue excelente desde la llegada hasta la salida. Además, es un detalle muy valioso que haya sombrillas disponibles en distintos puntos del hotel para comodidad de los huéspedes.
En general, fue una experiencia maravillosa. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría a quienes buscan descanso, buena gastronomía, excelentes instalaciones y un servicio de primera.

Las intaliciones son buenas

Hola escogí una habitación con sofá cama por los niños luego me cobraron extra cuando en la página decía el precio de una cama más un sofá cama
Nunca me cobran menores de 12 años
Esto me incomodó tuve que pagar por que llegue de noche no tuve otra opción

Pros:

This hotel is absolutely incredible. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and very neat and clean. The food is absolutely incredible, but the location is what you come for! The view over the valley is just stunning. Our experience could not have been nicer!

El personal de servicio en el restaurante fatal súper maleducados , más aún el que estaba de jefe de meceros un mal educado

El precio es demasiado alto para la falta de comodidad estaba lloviendo todos los días y los caminitos no tienen un techo que cubra , el piso resbalosísimo y no hay asensor y facilidades para personas con discapacidad

Inseguridad y hurto de las habitaciones

Cons:

Nos causó mucha inseguridad que al dejar el dinero dentro de la habitación se perdió, eso llama la atención en la seguridad y personal del lugar, aparte de que no tienen cámaras para hacer seguimiento, fue una decepción ya que salimos perdiendo.
