Pros:

Het is een heerlijk hotel, waar ik vaker kom en enthousiast over ben. Locatie, sfeer en ook de welness is een plus. Alleen ontbrak nou juist dat deze keer. Het zwembad en de sauna was gedurende ons hele verblijf niet te gebruiken, dat was een teleurstelling.

Hohe Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Personal zuvorkommend, die Lage ist ruhig, wenn man die Natur/Dünen geniessen möchte perfekt. Schöner Aussenbereich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war äusserst klein. Uns hat der Komfort gefehlt: kein Ablagetisch, sehr enges Badezimmer (insbesondere die Dusche, die bei Benutzung den ganzen Raum flutet).
Die Sauberkeit desZimmers war mangelhaft: Essensverpackungen von Vorgängern am Bettrand gefunden, Überreste von Fäkalien der Vorgänger an Toilettenbürste (was zu starkem Geruch im Bad führte), Verschmutzte Polster auf Sitzbank.
Die Betten waren hart, die Kissen durchgelegen.
Den Spabereich hatten wir uns grösser und ruhiger vorgestellt. Es war eher ein Badeplausch für Kinder, was auch in den Saunaräumlichkeiten hörbar war. Entspannung fand sich da nicht. Liegemöglichkeiten waren für die Grösse des Hotels unausreichend (Innenbereich 2 Liegen, aussen ca. 4 Liegen) Ein Ruheraum fehlte.

The environment is unprecedented! I think it is one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands.

Cons:

The room was very small, especially knowing that the price was 230 euros per night. The shower dis not function properly. There is no airco, meaning that it became very warm in the room. especially after a shower, due to the humidity.
