Gute Lage und das Bett war bequem! Service NULL VORHANDEN!

Die Lage war top ! U-Bahn Station Naturkundemuseum direkt vor der Tür !

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten ausser 2 Stühlen - kein Schrank! Im Bad keine Ablage - an den wenigen Haken für die Handtücher konnte man die großen Handtücher nur so aufhängen das sie am Boden geschliffen sind. Aus der Toilette lief ständig Wasser raus was gestunken hat. Wir mussten es mit einem unserer Handtücher ständig aufsaugen. Telefonisch war nie jemand erreichbar trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe von uns. Wir haben mehrmals eine Nachricht hinterlassen. Keine Reaktion - nicht mal neue Handtücher! Unmöglich sowas !

Ich habe trotz dreimaliger Aufforderung innerhalb eines Monats keine Rechnung erhalten, dementsprechend schlecht fällt diese Bewertung aus. Ohne ordentliche Rechnung ist ein Vorsteuer-Abzug nicht möglich.

Unprofessionell.
Pros:

Mein Gesamteindruck leidet sehr darunter, dass ich seit Mitte April einer Rechnung hinterherlaufe und keinerlei Reaktion seitens der Vermietung auf meine mehrfachen Kontaktversuche erhalte.

Cons:

Die Vermietung stellt trotz vielfacher Nachfrage keine Rechnung aus.
Schlechte Erreichbarkeit der Vermietung.
Das Auffinden des Appartments wird wegen unzureichender Ausschilderung vor Ort unnötig erschwert.

Furchtbar. Finger weg!
Pros:

Wir, wie auch viele andere standen vor der Unterkunft und sind nicht reingekommen, da wir keinen Zugangscode erhalten haben.
Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar gewesen. Stunden später, nachdem wir schon ein anderes Hotel hatten, wurde uns der Code zu geschickt. Auch anschließend war unter verschiedenen Telefonnummern niemand erreichbar.
Zimmer dreckig und ungemütlich.

Großes Apartment in TOPLAGE
Pros:

Die Apartments sind wirklich sehr, sehr zentral gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß oder aber mit der Straßenbahn (2 Stationen) zu erreichen. Außerdem war mein Apartment wirklich sehr groß, sogar mit 2 Betten ausgestattet.
Zudem war es sehr sauber, ordentlich und zudem noch einigermaßen neu.
Auch die Dusche hat mir gut gefallen.
Gerade jetzt, da es draußen wärmer bzw heißer wird, ist der kleine Kühlschrank natürlich super!

Da der Zugang via Code erfolgt, muss man nicht daran denken, Schlüssel oder Karte mitzunehmen... ;-)

Bäckerei und Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten entfernt, sehr praktisch!

Cons:

Trotz Klimaanlage wurde es sehr heiß im Dachgeschoss.
Während meines Aufenthaltes hat das WLAN bei mir im Zimmer nicht funktioniert.
Das Badezimmer war recht klein, aber da das restliche Apartment sehr riesig war, konnte man dort zusätzlich Sachen abstellen oder legen.
Perfekt wäre ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer gewesen. Platz genug gibt's definitiv.
Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Pleasant over all
Pros:

It’s spacious, modern, bright, excellent location.

Cons:

No black out on the curtain so I ended up waking up earlier and there wasn’t pillows, it was more like a massive cushion.
