Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlichen Gebäude!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man in Steglitz o.ä. zu tun hat. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das ganze Anwesen ein Juwel in dem hektischen Umfeld. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out. Eine wunderschöne Einrichtung. Das Bad ein Traum. Ich hatte übrigens noch nie so ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück.

Für die nächsten Gäste möchte ich die Info geben, dass die Zimmer bei Ankunft Bar im Vorraus oder per Sofortüberweisung zu zahlen ist. Keine Kartenzahlung. Aber das hat das Ganze sehr vertrauensvoll gemacht.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

ruime kamer, voorzien van alle gemakken, grote badkamer, erg schoon allemaal en goed ontbijt, stille omgeving, parkeren op eigen terrein.

Cons:

Kamers zijn niet goed te onderscheiden/op de deuren zijn geen nummers of iets dergelijks aangegeven en de sleutels passen op alle! kamers. Je moet zelf inchecken, wat op zich geen probleem zou moeten zijn, maar hierdoor stond er 's avonds laat opeens een gast die laat incheckte in onze kamer terwijl wij al sliepen. Dat was een onaangename ervaring.

Die Parkplatzsituation sollte man den Gästen vorab kurz mitteilen. Das ist ansonsten unmöglich zu finden.

Freundlicher Service durch einen älteren Herrn. Das Haus ist recht ruhig in gelegen. Das Bad war großzügig.

Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers ist schon mehr als in die Jahre gekommen und die Dekoration mit einer Mischung aus moderner Kunst und Kolonialismus ließ mich denkwürdig zurück

Highs and lows
Pros:

The included breakfast offered a nice selection, and everything tasted fresh. The staff providing the breakfast were attentive and courteous. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Included parking was a nice feature.

Cons:

The conflicting payment information between the Booking.com listing and the requirements of the Villa Kult vendor were disconcerting. Booking.com shows credit and debit card payment is acceptable. Villa Kult required cash payment only. This is very poor business practice. Villa Kult should insure accurate information is provided in their advertising.
The parking instructions included an address that lacked signage on the street and did not appear on Google Maps.
Two minor issues: the towels are as rough and scratchy as noted in other reviews; the floors creak loudly, which is not that unusual in a building of that vintage.
