Pretty good, rooms are big and clean, unlike some other hotels they offer housekeeping daily.
Pros:

Good options - there are cheese omelette and veggie omelette, sausage and bacons, waffles and pancakes, coffee strong, juice not so good though.

Cons:

No gym. But the onsite laundry room is quite amazing, many machines. Only wish there was an onsite gym available.

Can I give it 6 stars?
Pros:

Great location. Great staff with a particular shout out to Morgan. The most comfortable pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel along with an extremely comfortable bed. Very close to the free shuttle stop. It probably most importantly they have it set up where your luggage gets transferred directly from the train to the hotel if you’re coming down from Anchorage on Alaska Railroad, and directly to your cruise ship, if you have a major marine tour scheduled on your cruise departure day. If you can’t tell, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Conveniently located, comfortable and quiet. The bed was firm, bathroom was well-appointed and breakfast had a variety of options including yogurt, fruit, eggs.

Cons:

It is very expensive, but comparable in price to other options in Seward

They could do better.
Pros:

Liked the fact that we only had to stay one night.
Location and shuttle were very convenient to cruise dock.

Cons:

Air conditioner was extremely loud and we had to change rooms late in the night. The second room was only slightly quieter. No apologies or explanations. This is a basic hotel, but one of the better ones in Seward. With a captive audience of cruisers, the price is steep for what you get. Desk staff didn't crack a smile, but did laugh when asked if they could call a taxi.

Too Many Dirty or Broken Items for $$$
Pros:

The front desk and staff were nice.
They offered to move us to another room when we saw the hair - we found other issues not long after.
I booked with Marriott rewards points - and this Anchorage location took the most points!

Issues:
Mold in shower drain
Small hair left in pillow case
Sticky/dirty light switches
Dirt or other left on bathroom floor
Electrical outlet was not secured to the wall

Gutes Hotel in guter Hafenlage
Cons:

Besteck, Teller, Tassen - alles Einweg. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt wurde wenigsten von Plastik auf Pappe umgestellt.
