Good location

Cons:

I hate to write a negative review because the staff was so nice. However, this was no place for an old person or, or a tall person. The room was very small with two bean bag chairs on the floor. The bed was on a high platform which would make it difficult to climb up and down during the night. The bed was so high my tall husband would hit his head on the ceiling if he tried to sit up. This place had more of a young people’s vibe. They seem to be gathered in the lobby area and enjoying the place.

Pros:

我們這次是住家庭房，房間＆床＆衛浴等非常舒適
以這個價格來說，能住到這種品質非常開心
大廳氛圍很好，早餐也很美味，很像回到自己家一樣舒適，員工也很親切
交通地點除了離巴士站有點遠，走路去搭蘆之湖海盜船或箱根神社都不算太遠（20分鐘內）

Cons:

交通的部分如果有大型行李要扛就要考慮，巴士站離青旅有段距離，而且是上坡，有爬一小段約7-10分鐘
青旅沒有電梯，所以行李也是要自己扛上樓

また泊まりにきたい！
Pros:

カプセルタイプの部屋に一泊しました。おしゃれで清潔、とてもリラックスできました。外国人が8〜9割でしたが、皆んな静かに過ごしていてラウンジで過ごす時間がとても心地よかったです。どこに行っても人が多い箱根。沢山歩くので結構疲れていましたが早めにチェックインしてゆっくり休むのにとても良いホテルだと感じました。評価の高い朝食ですが、本当に美味しかったです。スタッフの方も親切。共用シャワールームは脱衣所が広く嬉しかったです。

Cons:

布団かマットレスが少し臭ったので気になりました。

Hôtel très charmant, excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Charmant Hotel type auberge de jeunesse (de luxe)… nous avions une chambre avec salle de bain privative. Chambre en bois très cosy. Très belle ambiance dans le salon, autour du feu de cheminée. Très pratique de pouvoir dîner à l’hôtel car en ville, tous les restaurants ferment à 17h ou 18 heures.

Séjour au top, reposant et merveilleux
Pros:

Une nuit à Hakone
Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, dans une petite chambre. Au vu de la localisation, le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. Il est en effet difficile de trouver des hébergements à ce tarif dans la ville d’Hakone.

L’hébergement est proche du centre et offre une vue exceptionnelle depuis l’espace commun. Cet espace a d’ailleurs été le coup de cœur de notre séjour : un grand salon lounge organisé autour d’une cheminée centrale, avec de vrais canapés disposés tout autour et une ouverture au-dessus permettant l’évacuation de la fumée et la ventilation. L’ambiance y est particulièrement agréable et chaleureuse, idéale pour se détendre. Une grande table est également disponible pour s’installer confortablement, notamment pour prendre le petit-déjeuner.

Les douches sont très bien équipées, avec de nombreux accessoires à disposition (rasoirs, peignes, etc.), ainsi que des produits de toilette comme du shampooing, de l’après-shampooing et du gel douche.

Cons:

La chambre que nous avions prise était petite et sujette à l’humidité. Malgré la ventilation, une odeur d’humidité apparaît rapidement, notamment lorsque deux personnes occupent la pièce, ce qui peut devenir désagréable.

Enfin, concernant la restauration proposée par l’établissement, nous avons testé deux plats à un prix assez élevé : une pizza et une salade César. La salade était peu convaincante (feuilles chaudes, peu de garniture, intérêt gustatif limité), et la pizza contenait peu d’ingrédients et était assez petite. Si vous en avez la possibilité, il est préférable de manger à l’extérieur.

Romantisch en zo vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Deze plek is zo erg aan te raden! De locatie is perfect. Binnen 1 minuut ben je bij het water. Ook was de gedeelde ruimte Super knus en echt stijlvol. Super vriendelijk personeel. Ik had een privé kamer, en ik sliep in m’n eentje maar het was zo romantisch en schattig dat ik het jammer vond dat ik in m’n eentje was. Ik hoop dat ik heel snel terug kan naar dit hotel! Ik was iets vergeten bij m’n check-out en het personeel heeft me zo lief geholpen om het terug te verzenden. Kan echt niks negatiefs zeggen over mijn verblijf.
