Estancia perfecta
Pros:

El trato del personal, la situación, disponer de beach club con tumbonas y sombrilla, el desayuno muy bueno, y tener parking. La habitación con vistas al mar, muy cómoda muy limpia. Hacen la habitación todos los días. Hemos viajado durante dos semanas en Albania y este ha sido el mejor hotel de todos.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel, das fußläufig vom Strand entfernt ist. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das gute Essen und die Lage.

Cons:

Wofür das Hotel wenig kann: direkt nebenan befindet sich derzeit eine große Baustelle. Der Lärm hält sich jedoch voll on Grenzen und am Strand bekommt man davon ohnehin nichts mit, also alles halb so wild.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, curato e pulito con posteggio gratuito. Il personale è gentilissimo. Lettini e ombrellone inclusi nel prezzo. La bella spiaggia si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dall’hotel con baretto e lettini, mentre il centro di trova a 5 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Uscendo dalla piscina le piastrelle sono molto scivolose e sono caduta. Consiglio di indossare delle ciabatte quando si scende dal pavimento di legno sulle piastrelle.

Hotel muy nuevo y limpio, pero lo mejor la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Fabiola, un encanto de chica.

Que no pude ver el mundial en la tele de mi habitacion y el parking es un descampado donde estan haciendo obras

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Wir können das Seaview Hotel absolut empfehlen und hatten ein tolle Zeit!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist top gepflegt und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen!

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Juni 2026 ist / war eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel, die uns aber nicht gestört hat, da dort sehr leise gearbeitet wurde.
Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass diverse Beach Clubs am Strand bis spätabends sehr laute Musik spielen.

Bars und Restaurant sind fußläufig vorhanden.

Tipp für ein Restaurantbesuch: das Fig & Olive in Himare. Absolut empfehlenswert!! Geniale Aussicht, sehr leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service.

Wir können das Seaview Hotel absolut empfehlen und hatten ein tolle Zeit!

Cons:

Die umliegenden Beach-Clubs sind leider auch nachts sehr laut!

Fantastic Hotel in Himare
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea View. The staff were outstanding, my daughter loved all the attention she received, especially from the lovely reception staff. A pool is rare and it was a nice change from the beach particularly during the heat of the day. There are quite a lot of complaints about breakfast but we thought it was great, nice to see a buffet breakfast that doesn't just serve piles and piles of food that inevitably goes to waste. The freshly brewed coffees are a fantastic addition, very welcome.

Cons:

There is construction next to the hotel but it didn't impact our stay, there is construction everywhere along the Albanian coastline...

Stationnement inclus et facile d'accès

Cons:

Malheureusement un énorme complexe hôtelier est en construction à côté, et il y a donc des bruits de travaux de 9h à 17h.

Une belle découverte! Idéalement situé, petit-déjeuner super bon et accueil tellement chaleureux.
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé (supérette juste en face, à 100m d'une plage avec bar de plage, à 5 minutes à pied d'une autre plage avec la promenade bordée de bars, restaurants et petits magasins). Le personnel est super accueillant et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon! C'est un buffet assez complet avec des spécialités locales. Les chambres sont très confortables, bien équipées et propres.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais en mai 2026, il y avait des travaux juste à côté. La vue était vachement gachée et il y avait du bruit.

Loved this place - highly recommmended
Pros:

This place is fantastic. Our room was luxurious and had a great balcony. The bathroom is lovely - the shower has glass wall/door so doesn't soak the entire bathroom like other locations. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was lovely and clean. The beach is a short walk away with loungers and umbrellas and lovely water. The manager Fabiola is superb. She is super friendly, approachable, funny, pre-empts her guests' requirements and simply fantastic. She also has lovely staff at reception and in the restaurant and room cleaning !! Well done on recruiting her !!

Cons:

Hard to find anything to suggest but it would be great to have a few more kid friendly options on the menu. Thanks

For sure would stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

We loved our stay. Hotel has a very good location. View to the ocean, beach is super close where the hotel guests have sunbeds. Mini supermarket right across the street. Walking distance to the restaurants. The staff was super helpful and nice. Rooms are clean and well designed. There is a parking area right next to the hotel, on a construction site.

Cons:

Only thing is the construction going on right next to the hotel, but it wasn’t too bad.

Bel posto a Himara
Pros:

L'hotel è bello, moderno e curato nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, luminosissima e con un livello di pulizia impeccabile. Letto comodissimo e bagno perfetto. La zona piscina è molto carina, anche se ha pochi lettini. Nota di merito per la posizione: a due passi dalla spiaggia (i lettini inclusi) e vicina al centro di Himara, ma abbastanza defilata da garantire la tranquillità la sera. Menzione speciale per lo staff, di una gentilezza e disponibilità d'altri tempi, e per il ristorante: colazione ottima e varia, e cene deliziose che consiglio assolutamente di provare.

Cons:

Unica piccola nota, la zona circostante ha qualche cantiere aperto (essendo un'area in forte sviluppo turistico), ma fortunatamente la cosa non ha disturbato il nostro riposo. I prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media della zona, ma ampiamente giustificati dalla qualità dei servizi offerti.

Justo al lado hay una obras de un hotel nuevo. No es buen momento para ir hasta que no se terminen. Estás en la habitación y en la piscina con los ruidos de las maquinarias de la obra

Zeer zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers netjes, mooi zwembad. Ontbijt zeer goed. Locatie prima

Cons:

Begin juni bij zeer warm weer beachbar nog niet klaar, er waren wat random bedden neergelegd waar je op mocht liggen, maar nul sfeer. Naastgelegen beachclub Namos wel beschikbaar (€11 voor 2 bedden en parasol). Zoals op veel plekken in Albanie nog bouwputten. Maar naast dit hotel een hele grote (voorlopig niet klaar), heeft ons verblijf niet beïnvloed
