Really enjoyed our stay. The lady on check- in took time to tell us about the area and how to get the most from our stay

It was just as expected on the website. Location with parking in Sintra is a massive plus. Old world charm.

Cons:

Obviously dated. No tea or coffee making facilities. Felt a little damp.

El lugar es hermoso, en medio de un jardín enorme, sin ningún ruido. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno variado y muy rico.
Cerca del centro histórico caminando.
Súper amables las señoras que atendían, nos dieron buenas recomendaciones y solucionaron nuestros problemas.

Excepcional
Pros:

No dia que chegamos, a recepção não foi muito cortez conosco. Porém no segundo dia, tivemos um tratamento excepcional (me esqueci o nome da senhora, disseram que ela é cunhada da proprietária, algo assim), ela foi incrível, nos ajudou demais com o jantar, extremamente educada e solicita.
No dia que saímos, esqueci minha blusa de frio em cima da cama, como ainda íamos para outras cidades, pedi que a enviassem para Lisboa, que seria nossa última parada. Fizeram o envio, chegou perfeitamente até mim.
Somente a agradecer pelo tratamento recebido.

Oase van rust in een drukke toeristische bestemming
Pros:

Wow wat een mooie plek om te verblijven! In de drukte van deze toptoeristische bestemming ligt een oase van rust genaamd Hotel Sintra Jardim. Heel fijn om hier terug te komen na alle wandelingen en bezichtigingen.

Great location — peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, yet still close to the town center, restaurants, and tourist attractions. If you enjoy walking, you can reach many of them on foot. The room is very clean
