Nice place with excellent view
Pros:

Great location near the mountain with great views from the balcony. There is a dedicated parking spot at the back of the hotel. We stayed is a big apartment with a large bath that the kids enjoyed.

Cons:

On the night of our stay, there was a special dinner with a fixed menu and no options for kids. Because of this, we couldn't order from the a-la-carte menu and were unable to dine at the hotel restaurant.

Стаята беше добре , но в банята имаше мухъл в душ кабината

Cons:

Лоша организация на персонала,закуската не ставаше.Чаршафите не ми ги смениха за 4 нощувки,два дни никои не се сети да измие чашите в стаята.Като цяло самият хотел е добре , но има какво да се желае!

Pros:

Общото впечатление от хитела е добро. Локацията е добра за разходка до Карандила и не само. Спокойно и тихо е. Има много добра гледка и достъпен паркинг.

Cons:

Неприятно се изненадахме от горещината в стаята. Бях предупредила кога ще пристигнем и се надявахме да бъде добре охладено, за съжаление не беше. Дали защото климатиците са слаби или не са били вклю§ени достатъчно рано.... Факт е, че стаята е на последен етаж и при такива температури през деня 35+ градуса лятото се предполага, §е ще има нужда от сериозна климатизация.

Cons:

El servicio es prácticamente inexistente, solo hay un par de personas en la mañana y luego abandonan el hotel todo el día y noche, en el baño el agua se botaba al bañarse y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, el desayuno fue horrible, escaso, impuntual y malo, las cafeteras no servían pero la del lobby que te cobraba el cafe si, no tiene sentido
