Excellent séjour à l’hôtel des neiges
Pros:

L’accueil, le lieu, le cadre ainsi que les activités.

Cons:

Manque de prises électriques et la douche sans paroi. De ce fait de l’eau coule parterre.

Pros:

Le cadre atipique ,le lieu magique entouré de montagnes, la chambre avec un bonne espace, calme et propre juste à côté le parking , le petit-déjeuner de qualité et les prestations comme la piscines à 30° alors qu'il fessait froid. Le personnel accueillant.

Idéale pour un séjour relaxant
Pros:

Chambre très chaleureuse et cocooning. Idéale pour se reposer après une grosse randonnée avec leurs options de massages. Environnement très calme et reposant. Petit déjeuner super complet. Recommende à 100%.

W informacji o rezerwacji podano, że recepcja jest czynna do godziny 9PM. Kiedy zgłosiliśmy chęć zameldowania się między 20:00-21:00 to okazało się, że o 20:00 hotel jest zamykany. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Cilaos und ist sehr schön, insbesondere der beheizte Pool.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in Cilaos, man kann von dort aus wirklich wunderbar direkt zum Wandern loslaufen. Unser Zimmer war zwar klein, aber richtig schön, mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Ein absolutes Highlight war der beheizte Pool – der hat echte Badewannen-Temperatur und liegt total schön! Auch das abendliche Buffet war richtig gut und lecker. Ein großes Plus noch für das Team an der Rezeption: Die Kommunikation auf Englisch lief absolut problemlos und wunderbar.

Cons:

Man sollte für die Anreise vom Flughafen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut 5 Stunden einplanen (kostet ca. 8 € pro Kopf). Allerdings erspart man sich dadurch, die extrem engen Straßen und Kurven selbst fahren zu müssen. Mit dem Auto dauert es wegen der Straßenverhältnisse im Endeffekt nämlich auch nicht wirklich kürzer.

A decent place after a gruelling walk
Pros:

Cialos is such an interesting place. Room (top floor eaves) was quaint and quiet. The pool was welcome after our walk

The buffet was OK- not terribly expensive but not cheap either . Staff were generally OK
