Stylish, excellent service, quiet room.
Pros:

Very stylish, just like the photos. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
I needed to rest up during my stay because of a chronic condition, and it was very quiet and comfortable in my room.

Smaczne śniadania - dwie opcje (europejska i japońska), szykowane przy gościu, możliwość modyfikacji menu na życzenie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania okolic - 5 min pieszo do dworca kolejowego i przystanku autobusowego.

We would happily stay here again, best hotel of journey
Pros:

We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The traditional Japanese breakfast was absolutely outstanding and changed every morning, which made it a special experience. The location is very convenient, we could easily walk to Gion, the shopping area, and Kyoto Station.

The room was clean, fresh, stylish, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed having a balcony where it was nice to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel like we were experiencing traditional Japanese hospitality.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the bed was a little firm for our personal preference, but it didn’t affect our overall experience at all.

Large rooms, beautiful and elegant hotel.
Pros:

The property is a 10 min walk from Kyoto Station, which made it very convenient. The staff were amazing, the rooms were beautiful and large. I would stay again and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pros:

The location was good. It was an easy walk from Kyoto station. It was a bit longer to get to the Gion district by walking, but was a short drive by car. We got the family room which was incredible. They even had a little crib for our baby. The facilities were immaculate.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit expensive. There was no public bath, which would’ve been nice for our legs after long days of walking around the city.
