Cons:

We booked a room with 2 double beds and private bathroom but when we arrived we were told there was a nightclub below our room that would be noisy until after 1-2am our options were put up with it or have a shared bathroom or single beds. There was no discount but best option was the single beds- very disappointed that we still had to pay such a high price.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Booked and paid for a room with 2 Queen beds and private bathroom but when we arrived we were told that there was a night club below our room and there would be noise until 1-2am our options to avoid the noise was take a room with shared bathroom or take a room with 2 single beds. We took the option of 2 single beds but did not get a discount at all.

Great location that served us well in an emergency.
Pros:

Booked this as an emergency after original booking elsewhere had been cancelled. We knew what to expect with the shared bathrooms, both male/female bathrooms were incredibly clean and we had no issues. Rooms were fine, thankfully 2 next to each other.

Location is fantastic to explore Jasper town.

Cons:

No real complaints.

Stay was OK, very clean, but a tad on the pricy side for your basic tourist.
Pros:

Place was very old, but very well kept and clean. Location was good also. We were lucky to have our own bathroom.

Cons:

Room was too hot, Loud outside, thru the night, with window open. No elevator for my old knees. On the small size.

Expensive for a clean bed
Pros:

Good location in center of town, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Price for money was bad.
We had a queen room with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. 2 bathrooms for what seems like a whole floor. Not kettles or fridge. We were hiking the next day and couldn't pre pre our lunch.

IIt was all clean and bed was comfortable but I had way better value for money in hostels than this hotel. If you can find an actual hostel for the same price book that.

Would not stay there again. Not good value for $239 canadian. I know it's in a popular tourist.
Pros:

Location was right in the downtown core.

Cons:

Was not prepared to have no elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had to lug several items up to the room. I am a senior so it was a bit challenging. Also didn't realize (I obviously missed this) that we'd have to share a shower and bathroom (which are all located together) with an entire floor of guests. There is no separation for the men/women's bathroom as well. If someone is having a shower, you have to wait if you have to go to the bathroom.

We were lucky to get parking which is in an alleyway behind the hotel, not much room back there.

I had requested (after I had booked a room with a queen bed because that was all it showed when I first booked) a room with 2 beds. The response was they would charge an additional $100 for this...was not in my budget.

Also there was not breakfast included and that point was made very clear when we checked in. Most of the hotels/motels we stayed in on our journey (from Ontario to BC), had at least a basic coffee, muffin, juice, sometimes more.

Friendly staff, noisy room

very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Our room was above some ventilation systems and the noise was terrible all night...windows closed or open is the same. No elevator, so for larger suitecases not good for tour back.

Pros:

Easy check-in. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely, spacious 2 bedroom suite, lots of windows, amazing bathroom with plentiful towels and products, and nice to have a kitchen. Air conditioning only in living room and kitchen area.

Cons:

Bedrooms bit warm at night after hot day in Jasper, there were ceiling and standing fans in the bedrooms.
