Pros:

Lokalizacja jest w porządku, a obsługa była miła. Niestety na tym kończą się plusy.

Zdjęcia obiektu niestety nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości.

Pokój, w którym spędziłem dwie noce, był wyraźnie zaniedbany. Łazienka była pokryta kamieniem, nie było ciepłej wody, ściany były brudne, a listwy przypodłogowe odpadały. Jedno z gniazdek elektrycznych było wyrobione do tego stopnia, że ładowarka wypadała. Lodówka również była brudna w środku.

Śniadania pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Szczerze starałem się znaleźć coś, co dałoby się zjeść, jednak praktycznie wszystko było niesmaczne. Produkty sprawiały wrażenie nieświeżych i niskiej jakości. Nawet pieczywo nie było świeże – wyglądało i smakowało jak rozmrożone lub z poprzedniego dnia. Było to jedno z najsłabszych hotelowych śniadań, z jakimi miałem do czynienia.

Dla porównania, podczas pobytu w hotelu Jan Maria w Ostrawie za dwie noce ze śniadaniem zapłaciłem około 950 zł. Tam standard był nieporównywalnie wyższy. Tutaj koszt wyniósł 740 zł plus dodatkowo płatny parking, a jakość pobytu była zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań.

Niestety nie mogę polecić tego obiektu.

Finom volt a reggeli, nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. A hotel nagyon jó helyen van, kicsi sétával a város szívébe lehetett jutni, ami a legszebb arcát mutatta nekünk :)

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Śniadania w formie stołu szwedzkiego oraz na wieżo, na zamówienie robiona jajecznica. Miła, serdeczna, pomocna obsługa w recepcji i w restauracji

brak klimatyzacji i windy, ale dało się wytrzymać :) to nie było najważniejsze przy wyborze hotelu :) a i temperatura nie była normalna jak na strefę umiarkowaną - 36-40 st C
