Location, neat to the ferry, Light rail and train. Walking distance to the harbour. Grocery available across the road.
Bed is soft. Housekeeping not clean. Breakfast choice was only average. Drinking water only provided after asks.
The pillows were uncomfortable
The breakfast and coffee were very good. Staff very helpful and happy. We loved being so close to everything in the city.
The central location and the great harbour views… We’re already planning another visit for later in the year
Being super critical- a few more bars and restaurants would be great.

Couldn’t access the roof bar area for even a little look……perhaps a viewing area? but that could detract from the ambience i guess for the sunset guest.
