The free breakfast was really good, although the space a bit small, since there was an event + students U orientation, but its okiess..

Cons:

Our room got problem with the electrical circuit around 12am - 1am.. on off/trip multiple times around that time

1 of the best location to stay within walking distances.
Pros:

The rooms are cozy, especially the family room. Everything is clean. The location is just 5 min walk to the venue for Pearl of Borneo Marathon so it was a good choice.

Cons:

The air conditioner in 1 of the rooms was not cold enough even though the temperature had been set to the lowest one. Feeling just like normal fan cooling off the room.
