Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, in zentraler Lage direkt neben dem Hexen-Markt. Das Zimmer war gross und gemütlich. Das Personal am Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt war das Frühstück, bzw. das Personal beim Frühstück. Frühstück gäbe es eigentlich von 7:30 bis 10:00. Um 7:30 ist die Türe aber noch geschlossen und den Kaffee gibt es bestenfalls um 7:40. Bis alles aufgetischt ist, wird es mindestens 7:50. Dies wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn man nicht eine Tour gebucht hat um 8:00 oder 8:30. Das Frühstück selber war ok, aber bescheiden.

Dusche war eiskalt & wurde auch nach mehreren Minuten nicht warm; Steckdosen am Bett haben nicht funktioniert

Muy buena ubicación y personal muy atento
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, pegado al mercado de las brujas y al centro.
Nos dieron el desayuno para llevar, pues teniamos autobús pronto en la mañana

Cons:

Que nos cobraran $11 por early check-in.
En el baño deberian tener cortinas mas largas para que no se salga tanta agua al ducharse

Pros:

Buona la posizione vicino al mercato delle streghe, anche se l’hotel affaccia su una strada molto trafficata ( da tenere in considerazione quando si utilizza il taxi). Staff molto disponibile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie in reception per qualche ore qualche giorno dopo il nostro check out.

Cons:

Non disponibile acqua calda. Per me è stato un problema perché sognavo una doccia calda prima di partire per la Bolivia con un tour senza possibilità di doccia calda. Il pavimento era molto sporco e appiccicoso: ho camminato scalza per pochi minuti e i miei calzini bianchi sono diventati neri e appiccicosi!
Scarico non funzionante, di notte abbiamo dovuto segnalare il problema alla reception che ci ha fornito la chiave di un’altra stanza libera della quale abbiamo potuto utilizzare il bagno.

L emplacement et le calme de l hôtel.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur pain industriel alors qu'il y a du pain frais disponible à 50 m
Panne d' ascenseur régulier .
Problème de payement avec carte bleue
propreté tres moyen salle de bain (sol oublié à notre arrivée)

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée avec beaucoup de meubles pour poser nos affaires
Literie propre et confortable

Au 7ème étage très belle vue et emplacement central dans la capitale

Possibilité d'acheter de l'eau sur place

Cons:

Ascenseur qui ne marchait pas le premier jour mais vite réparé !
Pour stocker les bagages, on doit passer par le back office qui n'est pas génial niveau rangement et propreté
Peut mieux faire niveau information en réception mais pas dramatique non plus (ne connaissait pas le prix de l'eau, recommandations bof bof pour le restau, ne nous a pas donné le wifi de notre étage au check in)

Great location with friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, right next to the witches market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice rooftop view of the city. Hotel allows you to leave luggage for up to a week for no extra charge which makes it a perfect location to use as a base as you bounce around Bolivia. This worked great for short multi-day trips to Uyuni and Puno.

I know many people complain about the exchange rate (USD taken at face value but if you pay in BOB then hotel uses 8.5 while Google is ~7.0. The 8.5 wasn't bad as another company charged us 9.8 conversion. Just something to be aware of.

Cons:

Unfortunately city noise was quite loud in the room. Lots of car horns throughout the night and dogs barking. Rooftop view is nice but food is a bit pricey and the hamburger bun was old/stale when I had it.
