Cet hôtel m'a énormément fait penser à mes voyages de jeunesse, quand les hôtels étaient simples et peu chers. Son rapport qualité-prix dans la région est tout simplement exceptionnel. A noter un accueil incroyablement aimable, car le responsable s'est précipité pour monter nos lourdes valises et autres bagages dans les chambres situées à l'étage, puisqu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. C'est charmant et touchant. Petit restaurant chinois familial dans le bâtiment, mais sans lien avec l'hôtel. La chambre est un peu bricolée, mais on sent beaucoup de coeur et d'amour. Franchement, ce séjour m'a rajeuni de 40 ans ...
Rien à voir avec l'hôtel, mais le Elk Island National Park s'est révélé décevant ... le fameux "circuit des bisons" étant fermé ...

Great location, very nice staff.
The bed was a double, not a queen as advertised.
The manager did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He always helped us with our luggage. He delivered cups of coffee for us when we first arrived and also when we left. The room was clean and very quiet. Some hotels require ear plugs. This was not necessary here.
It is a older property and shows signs of that. The second door lock (for opening to see who is outside) had a piece missing. We had to ask for tissues, that should have been in the room.
Friendliest hotel staff I have met in a long time! I felt warmly welcomed. The accommodations are a bit rustic, as to be expected in this part of the country. All the restaurants in town are within a couple of blocks, and it's great to be able to walk!
It was close to the hospital
The bed was wayyyy to high and you only got one pillow and the room was far from the stairs to leave
Great location, fridge for my packed lunch. Staff were awesome. Very comfortable bed.
Microwave didn't seem to work. Lamps kind of dim.

The restaurants Chinese food was terrible and they didn’t ask me to tip or let me tip they just kept my change without asking … I didn’t even eat the food it was slimy and very unpleasant .. cost me 20 dollars and it only came out to be 15.00 ..
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He helped us with our luggage and welcomed us whenever we came in the door.
The parking was very primitive and the building was old but they had done their best to brighten up and improve the environment.

Good location and excellent price for what you get. It was clean, warm and safe, which is all that I ask for when seeking out an accommodation for my trips. I would stay here again as the site was exactly what I was looking for.
It was all great, nothing to add for this specific section.
The location was nice and central for the town. It had a bar and restaurant next door along with the attached amenities. It was clean and was pretty much exactly what I expected for the cost.
The only improvement (which is outside of the control of the hotel) is that there was no local convenience store, I had to drive a few minutes to the nearest gas station for that.
The most important thing for us was the very central location. It was easy to get around from there, on foot and by car.
I do like the decor was was chosen for the upgrade and renovation.
No too sure about the very high height of the bed. I almost needed a stool to get up there.
Was nice and clean.
The mattress was old sunk and felt like a over filed waterbed.
We both felt like we were going to roll off.
Very friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room.
