Alles in orde! Goed gelegen om na een concert of een avondje stappen in Leuven een kamer in dit hotel te reserveren.

The location is great. Bed is very comfortable. That breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff is polite and willing to help.
As there is no official reception, communication is mostly done by email. Sometimes is prompt, but sometimes it takes to long to get reply (this could be inconvenient), but in the end everything was ok. Everything else was great.

Le personnel un peu limite et l'accès
De locatie was perfect en de kamer was van de belangrijkste zaken voorzien. Verder was het ontbijt prima geregeld en het personeel vriendelijk.
De ontvangst was wat onduidelijk en zou wat vriendelijker mogen. We stonden te wachten in het restaurant maar er was verder niemand aanwezig om ons te helpen. Verder waren de kamers prima, had wat mij betreft wat schoner gemogen.
Alles was helemaal in orde.
