Pros:

Bersih. Ada aircond, tv, tisu,hanger,towel. Staf checkout friendly. Tambah semangat sy mau checkout

Cons:

Paip singki rosak. Tiada iron. Tiada kettle. mungkin ada pantry di lobi tapi front desk dont give enough information on that during checkin. Please enroll her in guest relations training. Tiada lap kaki. Gambar iklan ada shampu, tapi ternyata tiada. Misleading image. Dia bagi sabun buku sj. Tak mesra warga emas/wheelchair.
