Pros:

Good location, beautiful decor, friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows, good shower and toiletries. Nice coffee machine in the room (although there was a slight coffee spill underneath, but that was all I found amiss).

Fabulous stay, fabulous staff. We thoroughly recommend!
Pros:

Small, friendly hotel but very central . Very clean rooms with wonderfully comfortable beds .
Fantastic staff who couldn’t do enough
for us .
Great evening meal and a fabulous breakfast menu too.
We would thoroughly recommend especially as we drove up and were able to park very close by at a hugely discounted rate.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. The room was comfortable, the bedding-pristine, towels-snow white and fluffy. The breakfast was phenomenal. Special thanks to the lovely lady in charge of the cleaning team. I think her name was Nino (I hope I’m not wrong). Highly recommended this hotel.

A fantastic first stay and would definitely go again.
Pros:

We were met by an extremely friendly staff member on Reception who swiftly checked us in and showed us around the main areas of the hotel. The room and whole hotel is very clean. The friendliness of the staff continued throughout our whole stay and everyone was happy to help and have a friendly chat. We were grateful for the air conditioning during the warm weather and relieved to find it on when we entered the room. We stayed for both lunch and dinner and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Cons:

We found the hotel a little tricky to find as there is not a sign on the door but, after calling Reception, they kindly explained where to go.

Perfect for a 2-3 days trip
Pros:

The hotel is just lovely with a truly local vibe. I liked the location, a cosy, although small, room with a very comfortable bed and fresh fluffy towels. Hyde Park, shopping streets and numerous cafés and restaurants are nearby.

Cons:

On the downside, I would mention the slight noise from the ventilation system.
The room really lacks a larger cup for a lungo-sized coffee, as there are only espresso cups, and a small mini-bar fridge would be useful. Apart from that, everything is wonderful and room service is available.

The location was great. The decoration, breakfast, and staff were all wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only issue was the limited storage space and number of hangers. It was manageable for one person, but it could be challenging for two guests.
