Location, air conditioned rooms, decent sized bathroom for a typically small London room. Good selection for breakfast.

Location was perfect for Hyde Park. Hotel is well maintained and staff very friendly.

Rooms were very clean and the shower had great pressure. Air con was great in the hot weather.
Was hard to find, as we arrived someone else also commented that they also had a difficult time finding the place.

Despite having do not disturb sign on the door, staff knocked and immediately entered both mornings that we stayed. We also had a member of staff come in after knocking once then entering immediately without waiting for a response and was extremely rude saying that we should have left by now. However he had a late check in on our room, when we informed her of this she demanded that we rang reception to sort it.
The staff didnt do anything to rectify this mistake except apologise.
Convenience of location with comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed for just an overnight stay.

As someone said before all these service charges on the bill are ridiculous in my view.

Staff were friendly, food was good. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Good shower too.
I had half board and while the food was good there is an issue with service charges. I got my receipt and I saw the 15% service which is fine. Underneath that though was an additional charge listed under "other". I asked about this and staff said it was a second service charge. That annoyed me. Forcing people into a 30% service charge is not reasonable.
It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Few mins walk to Marble Arch. Very comfortable and great staff. Says it all!
