had an amazing stay
Pros:

What a little gem - so glad I found this hotel. The staff, the rooms and the bar were fab. Travelled alone as down for a hen night and felt really safe here.

Tek kelimeyle bir daha asla kalınmayacak bir otel ,günlüğü 100 euro altına düşerse ve yukarıda saydığım problemleri sor

Asansör çalışmıyor , klimalar yetersiz, kahvaltıda bir waffle nin tamamlayıcı unsurları yok ( çikolata sos gibi) açılmış ve içinden kullanılmış reçel getiriyorlar otele giriş yaparken yanıltıcı resim ve puanlama belirtiyorlar ve bununla ilgili otel oda ve bölümlerini görmek istediğinde iptal ihtimalini ortadan kaldırmak için check in yapmadan gösteremeyiz diyorlar ve bunu gibi ilanlarıyla uyuşmayan bir çok durum sözkonusu

Pros:

Lovely room with fantastic bed linen and pillows. Slightly on small size hence docking a mark. Really great location for Hyde Park and central tube line (3 minutes walk) yet quiet location .
Toiletries were amazing too.
Breakfast excellently cooked and tasty. Great, friendly staff.

Cons:

Room slightly on small size and could do with a kettle rather then 4 complimentary coffee pods!
Does need clearer identification sign at entrance as took a while to work out that the door led into hotel

Felt well looked after by most of the team.
Pros:

Good efficient and mostly friendly staff

Cons:

Great comfortable room and bed, really good shower, terrific air con. Not your fault, but if the lift isn’t working, 3rd or higher floors are quite a hike with luggage.

Fantastic all round hotel with staff that go the extra mile.
Pros:

Great location for events in Hyde park such as BST festival. Fantastic and helpful staff. Plus great breakfast and choice.

Boutique stay with very comfortable bedding.
Pros:

Very well located , AC in the London heat, quiet and very comfortable bedding. Clean toilet and powerful shower.

Cons:

Difficult to find - no signs as it’s a private members club. Breakfast was alright - à la carte and they got my order mixed up with eggs but ‘‘tis fine.

Emplacement au top, très beaux salons et restaurant. Chambre agréable et au calme.

Cons:

Chambre un petit petite. Il manque un fauteuil (on m’a apporté une chaise supplémentaire) et une bouilloire (qu’on m’a apportée aussi) de base.
