Not disappointed, very pleasant.
Pros:

Clean and very good location.

Cons:

£200 a night will always be too much, especially with no breakfast.
Such a shame as it’s putting people coming to London.
(I live in Jersey and know fewer people are travelling to London for this reason).

Welcoming receptionist
Being able to leave my luggage and collect it hours later.

Cons:

Fan on the ceiling was not cleaned probably for ages. I had to take the dust off with a toilet paper. It was not working anyways.
Comforter was old. Definitely need to be changed.
Warm room in basement. Best will be to avoid it in july/august.
Bathroom has multiplw problems.
May be thats what you get for 150 pounds not sure but i have certainly lived in better rooms.

Bien, pero caro para su servicio
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

No tienen aire acondicionado. Considerar eso si vas en temporada de verano… tienen ventilador pero anda muy mal. Tambien tuvimos un problema con la ducha, pero al otro día fue resuelto.

Excellent value, exceeded expectations. Particular location required which it met. Would have given higher ratings if there wad lounge/bar and breakfast but well served by establishments within 20m

Basic room but good location

Cons:

Room was extremely warm with little relief from the fan
Items not belonging to us still in the storage unit beside the bed
Checkout was 11am and staff knocking on the door from 9am
