Location was perfect!
The upkeep of the rooms, extremely small rooms, with not the best offerings in the room. I was also awakened at 0130 on my first night by the fire alarm, and the staff were not very well equipped to deal with it.
Hotel molt ben situat, en una zona molt bonica, tranquil per les nits i amb molt bon ambient.
És un hotel senzill però compleix amb els serveis bàsics, llit comòde, neteja correcta, nevera, aacc (tot i que no refredava molt) i personal de l’hotel correcte.
Facilitat per guardar les maletes abans i després del check in i check out.
Faltaria una mica de manteniment però sense res important a destacar.
Com a millores, podrien oferir xampú i gel,
i els coixins eren molt durs.

Noisy and hot, could do with refurbishing
Very nice location. Very close to the most lively areas of the city, yet far from the huge crowds and noises. Room cleaning every day was nice to have.
During an August stay would be happier with air-conditioning. Ceiling fan and little table fan was not enough at nights :(
Bodrum katta penceresiz bir oda verildi. 2 gün tutuklu kaldım mahpushane hücresinde. Gün ışığına hasret kaldım.

Klima çalışabilirdi. Asansör sık sık bozulmayabilirdi

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν εξαιρετική δίπλα σε πολλά διάσημα αξιοθέατα.Μια υπέροχη, ζωντανή γειτονιά με πανέμορφα καταστήματα. Το ξενοδοχείο είχε καινούρια έπιπλα και ψυγείο. Το προσωπικό ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα στα αιτήματά μας.
Δε λειτουργούσε τις περισσότερες μέρες το κλιματιστικό κι όταν υποτίθεται ότι λειτουργούσε δεν είχε καμία απόδοση. Μας έδωσαν δύο μικρούς ανεμιστήρες.Επίσης ο ανελκυστήρας κάποιες μέρες δε λειτουργούσε.Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μικρό.
The location is amazing and the staff were efficient and friendly.
The bathroom had little bugs, little beetles or something like that. They were probably coming from the shower drain but it was definitely off putting. Made me and friend nervous about bed bugs.
L'emplacement est idéal dans un quartier très animé, un personnel à l'accueil 24h sur 24, la possibilité de laisser les bagages avant l'heure légale d'arrivée et de les laisser aussi après avoir rendu la chambre. Présence d'un petit frigo et d'une bouilloire avec café et thé à disposition
Pas de climatisation dans toutes les chambres, la notre ne l'avez pas, mais Présence d'un ventilateur de plafond, moins efficace mais appréciable, ascenseur en panne, accès par un escalier un peu difficile si l'on est âgé
La posizione davvero centrale,vicino a coven garden e il personale gentile
Il bagno aveva uno sgradevole odore di fogna e c'era una sola saponetta,neanche un doccia schiuma nella doccia La stanza è davvero molto piccola e arredata in modo vecchio. Faceva tanto caldo ,ma questo probabilmente in tutta Londra laddove non c'è il climatizzatore

The staff were really welcoming
They had a lift that was a must as I have limited mobility
We had en-suite
Twin beds as i was with my 18yr old son
Close to theatre we were going to
Everything around us we might need ie: cafe's etc
We had a fridge in our room which was really helpful as it was so hot
The light fan didnt turn the light off and still work...so when we went to bed we turned the light off and the fan stopped working (we didnt tell the staff as they were busy when we left)
There was a hole punched in to the door inside the ensuite shower room
There was damage to some of the furniture...some were patched up...so staff were aware about some of them (again we couldn't bring this to their attention and it didnt hinder our experience)
