Pros:

Good location short walk to train and near main SoHo area lots of places to eat and shops etc and walkable to theatre

A little warm in room - couldn’t make aircon cooler

Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Tiny room - had to climb over my husband to get into bed. I think we paid extra for a window but it was opaque (couldn’t see outside) and we couldn’t open it. Also couldn’t figure out how to make it dark at night (no blinds?) so I definitely wouldn’t go for the window option.
