Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs.

Pros:

Otel oldukça temizdi, giriş ve çıkış işlemlerinde bir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Cons:

Avrupa'da yemek kültürü ne yazık ki zayıf olduğundan dolayı turist olarak bu konuda sıkıntı çekiyoruz. Kahvaltı menünüzü daha zengin hale getirirsen konuklarınız kahvaltıyı dışarıda yemek zorunda kalmaz.
Tek Kullanımlık Otel terlikleri bulunmuyor ve odanın tipi ne olursa olsun Mini Buzdolabı olması gerekir.

Pros:

Ωραία τοποθεσία δίπλα σχεδόν στη λίμνη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Ο ρεσεψιονίστ πολύ ευγενικός.

Cons:

Το αυτοκίνητο μας επειδή είχε στην οροφή μπαγκαζιερα δεν χωρούσε στο υπόγειο πάρκινγκ και παρκάραμε έξω μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Wird mir in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und trozdem nicht in der Statdmitte. Es hat eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Angebote rund um Luzern sind gut erreichbar. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück mit Eier und Prosecco und inkl Lachs, fand ich zu teuer und verstand der Preisunterschied zu dem normalen Frühstück nicht ganz. Es war aber reichlich und frisch und sehr empfehlenswert

Hôtel face au lac, très joli.

Cons:

Rapport qualité/prix catastrophique !!
Chambre avec meubles en kit, mal isolée et donc bruyante.
Pas d'ascenseur après 17h00 !
Au prix de la nuit, une bouilloire et/ou un petit frigo serait bienvenu.
