Important information:

Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs.

Please note that hotel's car park is only accessible between 06:00 and 23:00.

Pros:

Brot- & Käsekultur beim Frühstück.
Stets schnelle Problemlösung (Adapter für Steckdosen,spontaner check-in obwohl geschlossen)

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles okay. Wir hätten einen TV im Zimmer begrüßt, aber das war kein KO-Kriterium.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy nuevas. El parking es subterráneo. Está muy cerca del centro con el autobús llegas en 10 minutos. Está enfrente del lago donde puedes dar un paseo y hacer picnic

Cons:

Un poco incómodo que después de las 5 no puedas usar el ascensor.

Pros:

La proximité du lac

Cons:

Tout le reste,la chambre sans store pas de mini bar,pas de petit déjeuner,on entend tout dans les chambres voisines et j’en oublie. Ce n’est pas un hôtel c’est des chambres d’étudiant

Gastvrij comfortabel hotel, uitstekend voor op doorreis
Pros:

Goed bereikbaar met auto, goed kunnen parkeren.gratis bus naar centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.mooi aan meer gelegen.

Geen airco in kamer (maar toen wij er zaten was er een hittegolf)

Cons:

This is more of a school of gastronomy than a hotel. The main door is closed at night, and elevators don't work at night. We ran out of bath soap on a single-night reservation.

Bel hôtel bien situé mais sans confort après 17h!
Cons:

Hôtel restaurant annoncé mais le resto est fermé à 17h. De même, l’ascenseur ne fonctionne plus à partir de 17h. Nous avons vraiment l’impression d’être seuls. Pas de garde de nuit.
