Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs.

Please note that hotel's car park is only accessible between 06:00 and 23:00.

Pros:

Einfach aber gut , tolle Lage und Sauber für den Preis in Luzern ist es eine Top Adresse.. Wûrde sofort wieder kommen.
Restaurant Frühstück schaut sehr lecker aus. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür!

Pros:

Muy lindo hotel!
Ubicación muy linda, frente al lago, a 15 minutos en transporte público al centro histórico. El hotel te brinda el pase libre tara el transporte público durante los días de estadía. Habitación cómoda y limpia. La chica de recepción habla español muy bien.

Pros:

Great location, 5 minutes from town, right across the road from a good bar where you can swim and a few minutes away from the lido
The room was very clean, and they even came in and cleaned the room sheet 1 day (even though had not asked for it)

Cons:

Very strange concept of a hotel, it operates mainly as a restaurant and a catering school. The hotel part just seems to be a after thought.
It closes at night, front door gets locked then you have to go around the side and come in through a fire escape and climb the stairs to your room.

The room was incredibly hot at night (was 28 degrees outside) and there was only a small fan.
A c would have been very welcome.

Die Lage des Hotels, direkt am See, ist wirklich fantastisch.
Das Zimmer war ohne A.C., allerdings gab es einen recht leistungsfähigen Ventilator. Jedoch wäre eine Klimatisierung ein tolles Upgrade. So Ei Ventilator ist doch recht laut. Obwohl das Hotel an einer Straße liegt, war es nicht sehr laut. So konnten in der Nacht die Fenster geöffnet werden. Die vom nähen See gekühlte Luft ermöglichte einen recht ordentlichen Schlaf in/auf den guten Betten.
Das Frühstück aber ist der "Knaller"! Nach vielen Hotels in Europa und Asien, kann ich sagen: Ganz klar, hier das beste Frühstück ever! Superfreundliches Personal, extrem guter Service, hervorragendes Angebot, höchste Qualität bei all den angebotenen Speisen und Getränke!

Bei Temperaturen >35° ist ein Ventilator eventuell nicht die beste Lösung

Pros:

This was a great value! As a family of 6 we were able to get two rooms at a reasonable price. They included bus transportation for us as well!

Cons:

It was a bit outside of the city but a quick 10 minute bus ride so overall not a big deal.

Gute Straßenbahnanbindung ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Aufzug ist täglich ab ca. 17h nicht mehr nutzbar, so dass das Gepäck dann durch’s Treppenhaus bis zum obersten Stock, wo sich die Zimmer befinden, hochgeschleppt werden muss. Ungemütliche sterile Ausstattung der Zimmer. Obwohl bei der Unterkunft auch eine Schule für Gastronomie und Hotellerie angegliedert ist, wird man mit ausländerfeindlichen Sprüchen konfrontiert, die erst im Schweizer Dialekt im Beisein der Gäste kundgetan und auf Nachfrage sogar offen bestätigt werden. Einfach nur armselig und traurig!
