Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Séjour agréable et confortable
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner extra, propreté impeccable. Établissement très bien situé, au calme, à 2 pas du lac

Cons:

Mettre à disposition un ventilateur moins bruyant an cas de fortes chaleurs, impossible de l'utiliser la nuit.

Un hotel correcto
Pros:

Es amplio, y bastante limpio, está al frente del lago

Cons:

Uno de los días que estuvimos allí a las 5 tuvimos que ir a pedir que limpiaran la habitación, ya que no pensaban hacerlo. No hay ascensor después de las 5 de la tarde por lo que si hay una persona mayor o con movilidad reducida no puede llegar o salir de la habitación. Es lejos del centro aunque el autobús es a 3 minutos andando

Pros:

Gegenüber dem Vierwaldstätter See gelegenes Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Service. Zimmer sauber, Frühstück sehr gut.

An der Promenade gelangt man nach Luzern oder man nimmt den Bus.

Le personnel et l'emplacement

Cons:

Chambres pas climatisées et minimalistes. Petit-déjeuner à 22 francs où il y a 50 sortes de pain mais pratiquement rien d'autre! Pas d'œufs, ni jambon, ni fruits! Même pas du muesli alors qu'on est Suisse alémanique! Un scandale

Nur mit Gehörschutz und bei kühlen Temperaturen als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sauberkeit - Tiefgarage

Cons:

- Decke und Kissen (nicht die Überzüge!) rochen schlecht (vermutlich noch nie gewaschen).
- das Zimmer liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse und ist damit in der Nacht sehr laut.
- das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, weshalb das Fenster geöffnet werden muss – aber dann wieder sehr laut ist
- Kein Nacht, Vorhang – deshalb trotz Storen nicht wirklich dunkel
- Für 135 Fr. für ein Einzelzimmer erwarte ich eigentlich, dass das Frühstück dabei ist – ist es aber nicht, dafür muss man 22 Fr. extra bezahlen

La ubicación excelente, entorno idílico frente al lago. Bien comunicado con el centro, en menos de 10 minutos llegas en bus.

Cons:

Las camas muy incómodas, las almohadas eran como no tener nada. La decoración de las habitaciones parecían de un colegio más que un hotel. El que cierren todas las instalaciones a las 5pm y tengas que entrar por una puerta lateral y además ya no haya personal, con lo cara que era la estancia, no tiene sentido.

No refrigerator in the room. When we asked for coffee from the receptionist in the morning, he asked for our room number but then charged us for it, which I don't know why the room number was needed!

Due to excellent location and easy transport it is still worth to stay in this hotel

After 5pm no one at the building so you use separate stairs to get into the hotel which is really scary
