Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage schöne Gegend direkt am See Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem hotel, schöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Gratis Fahrkarte für öv, Tiefgaragen Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr nah an Zentrum preis Leistung gut

Cons:

WC sitz war schmutzig, in 2 Handtüchern waren mehrere lange Haare und schwarze Flecken auf einem Handtuch. Lift funktioniert ab 18 Uhr nicht mehr man kommt nur über die Treppen hoch, mit Gepäck etwas mühsam

Could have done better elsewhere.
Pros:

Location was accessible and quiet but a ways out of the city center

Cons:

Its really not a hotel, but simply a repurposed student dormitory accomodation. After 7 pm there are no services available on site and you can only access your room through a night entrance and stairwell. The rooms were extremely basic and a bit shabby.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war herausragend.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war einfach, sehr sauber, die Betten komfortabel.

Cons:

Ein stolzer Preis, aber leider ohne Frühstück. Das mussten wir dazu buchen.

Petit-déjeuner extra, propreté impeccable. Établissement très bien situé, au calme, à 2 pas du lac

Cons:

Mettre à disposition un ventilateur moins bruyant an cas de fortes chaleurs, impossible de l'utiliser la nuit.
