We booked this mainly for the location. Overall, the place was okay, no problems. The host was friendly and responsive, and let us checkin in the night
Its location is incorrect in the map (both Booking and Google). Even the arrows on the street are pointing in the wrong direction. It took us 10 minutes of random walking around the block to find it.

The room was perfect for our needs and even though its located in a very central place it was quite.
There are plenty of diners and restaurants around, a pharmacy, a grocery/convince store, a change all in all everything you might need located in a two minute walk radius.
