Central location, helpful staff
No soundproofing at all. You can heat all the neighbors. I woke up at 5:30, because my neighbor was talking on the phone, then started packing his stuff and it was very loud. Didn’t get any rest.
Great location and very helpful staff. The receptionist told me where was good to eat, gave me advice and booked a taxi for me the day I departed.
The air conditioning wasn't working on my final night there. Not too much of an issue as it was my final night.

My stay at Hotel Boutique was disappointing. The air conditioning did not work during my entire three-night stay, despite me reporting it to the manager, who assured me it would be fixed. It never was. I was also given only half a roll of toilet paper for the duration of my visit.
The most concerning issue occurred when I asked if I could have a late checkout until 1pm or 2pm, as my flight was not until later in the day. A staff member initially confirmed this would be fine after speaking with the manager. However, on the day of departure, the manager suddenly tried to charge me for an entire extra night's stay for just two additional hours, claiming he had told the next guest to arrive later. This explanation did not seem credible.
As a solo traveller, I felt uncomfortable with how this situation was handled and believed I was being pressured into paying an unreasonable fee. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to solo travellers.
A really well located place if you are in Tirana for a night or two with a great bar, cafe and seafood restaurant on its doorstep. Really helpful manager who shared city and travel tips. Very convenient for all the main attractions and less than 10 mute walk from where the bus drops you from the airport. Would recommend.
the room and bathroom is small....but you get what you pay for AND you are in the city centre so can't really complain!

The place is located in a very central location close to everything, The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The staff and the owners were also very help full, I definetely recommend its good value for money

Zona centralissima. Piccola camera ma confortevole, con tutto il necessario. Bel bagno. Il letto matrimoniale era più grande rispetto alle normali dimensioni e molto comodo. Staff gentile. Consigliato!

Di boutique non ha proprio nulla, alberghetto in contesto decentrato con rumori continui dalla strada per atyività commerciali , la camera piccola , pulizia scarsa, il bagno con tetto un disastro, in camera aria condizionata non funziona, TV con canali italiani non visibili. ronzio insopportabile 24h, attraverso il muro uno scuola di pianoforte , kit bagno inesistente , unico liquido scadente per tutto . Non corrisponde alle foto
