The location is probably the best thing about this hotel — it is convenient and well placed for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing.

When we arrived, the man at reception did not speak English at all, which made communication difficult, and unfortunately his manner was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Luckily, a woman came later who spoke English and was much more pleasant and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the situation much easier.

The breakfast was also very basic — essentially just a cup of coffee and a yoghurt. Considering that the booking states “breakfast included,” we expected something a little more substantial. In reality, this felt more like a small complimentary snack than breakfast.

The hotel itself could be fine if you mainly need a good location, but there are several details that could be improved, especially communication, hospitality and the accuracy of the information provided about parking and breakfast. Overall, we expected more.

An old man in the reception at night and second and third night. He was angry and rude. He didn’t speak English or other languages except Albanian. He didn’t understand anything. He was shouting and I could hear him from my room in the morning. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.
