Pros:

Le uniche cose che mi sono piaciute sono state la colazione e il personale.

Cons:

La prima stanza che mi è stata assegnata era piena di formiche. Menomale, il ragazzo della reception me l'ha sostituita con una stanza senza formiche però nella seconda stanza c'era dell'urina nel water. Perciò o non è stato pulito il bagno o qualcuno l'ha usato. La moquette nelle stanze dovrebbe essere vietata. Raccoglie solo sporcizia. Ha visibilmente bisogno di essere rimodernato. 3 stelle per questo hotel sono veramente troppe.

Muy satisfechos
Pros:

Es muy cómodo llegar al centro. Los recepcionistas y los camareros del desayuno son amables. La habitación era muy espaciosa. El baño también nos ha gustado porque era muy amplio. La ventana tenía persianas por lo que por la noche se podía poner a oscuras la habitación. No había ruidos por la noche.

Cons:

Es verdad que las almohadas son muy finas. He tenido que poner una toalla debajo. He pedido una almohada extra pero no había disponibilidad. Aun así he dormido bien, pero, teniendo en cuenta que es un tema recurrente en los comentarios, pienso que el hotel debería invertir en unas almohadas mejores.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super: ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Mit der Tram oder zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Innenstadt.
Wir hatten ein großes Doppelzimmer mit Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig mit Badewanne und Bidet.
Alles war sehr sauber und die Möbel neu.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffett war inklusive und für die Preisklasse in Ordnung

Die Lage und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmerhygiene ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. In der Badewanne lagen tote Fliegen und im Bett befanden sich noch Haare vom vorherigen Gast. Das war alles andere als angenehm. Zusätzlich gab es kein WLAN, was heutzutage eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Der Rezeptionist wirkte zwar bemüht und freundlich, konnte bei den Problem jedoch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Auch das Frühstück hat enttäuscht. Die Brötchen waren trocken und wirkten, als wären sie vom Vortag. Insgesamt leider kein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut positioniert, viel zu finden in der Umgebung und gute Verbindlichkeit zu den Offis.

Cons:

Reinigen Sie sich bitte die Zimmer! Bitte! Es war 2cm Staub über der Fernseher, die Bettenrahmen extrem verschmutz, ebenso keine Reinigung während der Aufenthalt, unzulässig!
