Architektonischer Albtraum – daher nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung: Das Hotel befindet sich nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Pasing; Straßenbahn und Busse gibt es auch reichlich. Dennoch hatten wir auch ein ruhiges Zimmer. Viele Geschaefte in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Einrichtung ist recht neu.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Rezeption, der Check-in und Check-out liefen komplett über WhatsApp. Statt einer Schlüsselkarte erhält man Codes für den Aufzug und die Zimmertür. Das „Badezimmer“ ist eine Katastrophe: Es gibt kein separates Bad, sondern lediglich eine winzige Toilettenkabine, die von der Größe her an ein Dixi-Klo erinnert und in einem unschönen Braunton gestrichen ist. Der Raum ist eng, hat kein Fenster, kein Waschbecken und unzureichendes Licht. Beim Spülen schwappt zudem das Spülwasser über die Klobrille.Die Dusche ist komplett transparent im Zimmer integriert. Wer beim Duschen Privatsphäre wünscht – selbst vor dem Partner –, wird sich hier sehr unwohl fühlen. Einen Kleiderschrank gibt es nicht, lediglich einen Kleiderständer mit Ablagen und einen Safe. Das gesamte Zimmer ist architektonisch extrem schlecht durchdacht.Für mich als übergewichtige Person war das Bett leider überhaupt nicht bequem. Eine Glühbirne hatte einen störenden Wackelkontakt. Auch der Fernseher enttäuschte: Es gab keine Kanalnummern, man musste sich mühsam durch alle Sender klicken. Zu allem Überfluss blickt man im Bett direkt auf eine rohe, ungestrichene Betondecke. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber von der Aufteilung und Ausstattung her eine absolute Fehlkonstruktion.

Nice location but no service at all.
Pros:

It’s very nice location. Walking distance to Parsing train station and there is just a supermarket next to it.
The shower water is very warm.

Cons:

There is no service at all. If you message the WhatsApp account they are slow in reply/even no reply. And I stayed for 3 days. They only provided one bottle of water on the first day. The floor and hair dryer are all dusty. No need to say there is no luggage storage service. You will need to put your luggage at your own cost if you arrive early.

Gute Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Pasing. Sauber, stylisch und gut ausgestattet. Zugang unproblematisch, aber bitte unbedingt den Link mit den Zugangscodes VOR Betreten des Fahrstuhls öffnen. Ich hatte im Fahrstuhl weder WLAN noch Mobilfunk und musste daher wieder aussteigen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr überschaubar, aber das war mir aus den früheren Bewertungen klar. Dafür kostet es auch nicht viel. Der Kaffee wird frisch zubereitet und dadurch sehr gut, allerdings kann es dadurch zu Stoßzeiten schon mal 10 Minuten dauern, bis er fertig ist.
