Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen – es war sogar noch schöner, als die Bewertungen vermuten lassen!

Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Was dieses Hotel jedoch ganz besonders macht, ist die herzliche und freundliche Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams und des Eigentümers. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohl.

Auch die Küche ist hervorragend – das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Po letech cestování po světě – od Jižní Afriky přes Skandinávii až po Skotskou vysočinu – jsem měl možnost poznat stovky hotelů nejrůznějších kategorií. O to více si vážím míst, která dokážou skutečně vyčnívat. A Design Hotel Gartner je bez jakýchkoliv pochyb jedním z nich.

To, co z tohoto hotelu dělá opravdový klenot, nejsou jen krásné interiéry, úžasné knihy nebo promyšlený design. Je to především lidskost. Od prvního okamžiku jsem cítil, že zde host není jen číslem rezervace, ale skutečně vítaným člověkem. Vedení hotelu vytvořilo prostředí, kde je vidět, že si váží nejen hostů, ale i vlastního týmu. Výsledkem je atmosféra, která se nedá koupit ani naučit – musí vycházet ze srdce.

Obrovské poděkování patří celému personálu. Každý úsměv, každá ochota pomoci a každý detail dokazují, že svou práci dělají s opravdovým nadšením. Zvláštní uznání si zaslouží servírka Martina. Její profesionalita, přirozená srdečnost, pozitivní energie a schopnost postarat se o hosty jsou naprosto výjimečné. Takové lidi si člověk zapamatuje ještě dlouho po návratu domů.

Samostatnou kapitolou je kuchyně. Každé jídlo bylo skvěle připravené, z kvalitních surovin a servírované s péčí, která odpovídá těm nejlepším gastronomickým podnikům. Je vidět, že ani zde se nedělají žádné kompromisy. Malý tip pro každého kdo tento klenot navštíví, požádejte o možnost Chef´s Table a zažijete gastronomický ráj.

Design Hotel Gartner pro mě představuje přesně to, co by měl moderní hotel nabízet – jedinečný koncept, výbornou gastronomii a především tým lidí, kteří svou práci dělají srdcem. Luxus totiž není jen o vybavení pokojů nebo krásné budově. Skutečný luxus tvoří lidé. A právě ti dělají z tohoto hotelu místo, kam se člověk chce vracet.

Děkuji celému týmu za nezapomenutelný pobyt. Ve světě hotelnictví nastavujete laťku opravdu vysoko a přeji si, aby si z vás vzalo příklad co nejvíce hotelů.

Negativem tohoto hotelu je hlavně to, že čas tady běží tak strašně rychle a vám se rozhodně nechce odjet

Excellent! Adorable hotel with excellent food, warm and knowledgeable staff and excellent pool and wellness facilities!
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Gartner for three nights and we can highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very good, and the pool and wellness area - in fact the entire complex - feel brand new and are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner are of a very high standard (excellent) and the staff is warm and knowledgeable. The hotel combines the intimacy and warmth of a family business with very high professional quality. The location offers a beautiful view on the valley and there are lovely walks to take, also down to Merano (up with chairlift or free public bus). All in all, a wonderful place where we will certainly return!
