Disappointing. Cleanliness issues.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was decent. Liked the wooden effect in the room. Outdoor conservatory area nice.

Cons:

I was bitten by beg bugs. I made staff aware on checkout and received no apology or any other comment on this. There were mice-like noises coming from the rafters on the first night. Unable to get tea or coffee in the hotel after breakfast time.

Excelente!
Pros:

Foi tudo ótimo. A localização é muito boa, perto dos principais lugares. A rua é tranquila até msm a noite. Nos sentimos segura. Fizemos muitos passeios a pé msm. Café da manhã bom, tem ovos, pães, bolos, algumas frutas, queijos. Cama boa. O quarto é espaçoso.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Ich hatte eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück. Da ich aber sehr früh zum Flughafen musste ubd der Frühstückstaum noch nicht geöffnet war, hat mir Frau Andrea ein Frühstückspaket zusammengestellt, das ich dann am Morgen mitnehmen konnte.

Auch wenn das Hotel zentral zwischen Hbf und Karlstor liegt, werden wir beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes wählen.
Pros:

Das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Sehr kleiner Raum. Kein Fahrstuhl. Zum Frühstück wenig Auswahl. Obstsalat aus der Dose und angegoren.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk welkom, heerlijke douche, uitstekend ontbijt, lekker hete koffie! Waterkoker en theezakjes op de kamer! Prima locatie, vlak bij treinstation en het oude centrum

Cons:

In de straat achter mijn slaapkamer bleef het nog tot laat lawaaierig. (ik had wel mijn raam open) Sowieso is het een gehorig gebouw. Daardoor heb ik wat onrustig geslapen. Maar daar kan het hotel verder niets aan dien.

Not amazing, but good enough
Pros:

Close to the main station and into some shops opening late. Good breakfast

Cons:

It was summer and hot, so I had to open the windows , every time I did a terrible cigarette smell came in from people smoking in the other apartments and balconies. I think no one can forbid them to smoke but for me it was a torture I had to choose between the cigarette small and the heat
